I ordered from this website a month or so ago. I finally received The Keratin system and waited a few weeks to try it because I wanted it to try and last till the fall being they claim on their website it will last 3/4 months. So I finally had the time to do it and was excited because o really wanted this to work because I’d rather spend 100 dollars than 500 at a salon. I followed the directions exactly as stated on the bottles and package and website. I washed my hair 5 days later and it looked exactly the same not a difference at all. Still curly and frizzy frizzy !!! I contacted them and let them know I was unhappy and would like a refund. I got a response asking if I can tell them how I used the product. So I emailed back exactly how I used the products. I then got a response that every customer has had success so try it again. I said I would have tried again but I don’t have any solution left. My hair is extremely thick and it is down to my butt !!! I then no longer hear from them after sending several emails just wanting my refund. It’s not that hard I am an unhappy customer. I also wrote a review of the product which they never approved because they are NOT an honest company. They have no negative reviews and that should have been my first clue that this is a bs product. I just want my refund. It shouldn’t make a difference if they loose out on 100 dollars since every time I log onto the website hundreds of people just purchased and are so happy with the product, right !!!

I am rejecting this response because:
When I first purchased this product right on the front of the website it’s clearly shows a 30 day money back guarantee. Which to the consumer is a reassurance that they stand by their product and if not satisfied they will get a refund. Now they are claiming that they only accept unopened packages. So then what is a 30 day back guarantee mean if you can’t open the product and use it ? What good is that? They also have added big bold lettering that was not originally there about rejecting refunds. What is the 30 day guarantee mean ? Because if you look at the website it shows under the return policy that if you changed your mind about the product or ordered the wrong one you have 3 days to return NOT 30, so again what is this 30 day guarantee mean ? They are very misleading with their advertising. I also submitted my personal experience on their reviews. They won’t post it, they only post the great reviews, which again is very misleading to customers. I just want my money back.

I placed a purchase through PayPal to https://hairmayraki.com. Afterwards I received an email stating the item is out of stock but it did not say that when I made the purchase. I requested a refund of $98.00 promptly several times but I have not received a reply. My order # is ***. This company may be a fraud!

I am rejecting this response because: I received an email from them stating they have refunded my money on the 28th. What is strange is that I placed the order on the 29th and as of today, I have not seen a refund through my bank.

This company is a scam. They sell an expensive hair serum that is supposed to make gray hair grow back it's original or darker color. I thought there was real research on this type of product and figured it may cost less than hair dye. Anyway, when it came it smelled so bad, I have a hard time believing anyone would willingly put this on their head, at all. So, I contacted them right away asking for a refund. They said I couldn't get a refund because I opened it. I explained that I didn't use it and would send it back, but they offered me a smug apology and an offer of a $10 store credit. It was $60. So they get to keep my $60... why, because I had the pleasure of smelling their product? It's a scam.

Ordered an expensive product claiming to have health benefits shown in a study. They refused to provide the instructions to use the product as it had been used in said study (if it happened at all, I do not know). They then refused a return on the UNUSED product. No response from the company after this and when I left a review of the product on their website they did not publish it. I believe all the reviews on their website are now fake because they are hiding/removing negative reviews. Buyer beware.

I ordered from Mayraki, my order took a month and a half and was supposed to recieve 2 hair care products and a hair towel. I email at least 7 times and all I got was the shipping info showing my order was still in California. I finally received order and no hair towel. I email asking where it was and wanted a 40.00 credit the said they would send when in stock but if you go to their website you can order, it dosen't say it's out of stock. I sent them stating that is in stock and to send and I have heard nothing back from them. I never got anything say the towel was out of stock or anything. I am tired of dealing with this company after spending 70.00 for 2 bottles of shampoo and a hair towel. I don't trust this company and they need to be accountable to their customers.

Dear Revdex.com, Greetings! We got your email regarding Case ***. Here are some findings:1. *** ordered the products on 12 Jan 2020. Not as what she said on 30 Dec 2019. ***2. We shipped out the products on 16th Jan 2020 and it's been delivered on 29 Jan 2020. All tracking records are showing legit. ***3. The towel shows in the screenshot says free gift, it is subject to availability and we have promised her to ship to her another one when it's available, I think it's very reasonable as a merchant. 4. And she has ordered and paid $65.85 for 1 bottle of shampoo + 1 hair treatment plus shipping. It's the price that we sell for our products. It's not what she mentioned only for 2 shampoos and paid for $70. Our treatment is indeed more expensive than shampoo. 5. If our warehouse has sent out wrong products, we would like to amend. Please show the package image and we are more than happy to reship the correct items to her. Below is the screenshot of the email conversation:***
