Gelasio, the technician for my service call was very profesional, thorough, and courteousHe went above and beyond what I thought would be expected with his service

Gelasio did a great job fixing my furnace He took the time to go over the issue and answer all my questions (I had a lot of them), even helped me upgrade my wiring All in all very happy, this is the second time I've called All Temp and am very happy

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: All Temp service men were at [redacted] on multiple occasionsThey were well aware that my tenant had to cancel classes because there was no heat in her commercial spaceI have emails from my tenant and her assistant that there was no heat from 12/till 1/ I have not received in writing any offer of $credit or clean and checks for other rental units I am still waiting for a written receipt of the furnaces even though my credit card was already charged for all furnacesI have sent several emails to Bernice [redacted] in the billing dept for copies of my installation invoices All Temps were called on as experts in the HVAC repairThe original furnace was corroded and wetYour original service invoice #dated 12/15/states that there was water entering the furnace from the flue pipeI have pictures from my tenant that shows water on the floor and on the furnaceIt is clear water damaged the original furnace that you did not installAll Temp did not address the water issue and installed a brand new furnace - the new furnace was damaged by water after one day of use I am only contesting being charged for the furnaces I did not need or useI am willing to pay for the 3rd and final furnace this is now working Sincerely, Joseph ***

Dave S from All Temp just left here after fixing my Air Conditioner He's the best! All Temp has taken care of my furnace and air conditioner for many years They are here within hours to fix any emergencies and are always fair and honest I give them an A+

I looked over the service invoice and we don't take advantage of our customers in any wayIn fact I don't even pay my employees a commission because I don't ever want to give them any reason to up sell or sell something that isn't neededWe pride our company on being honest and treating people
the way we would want to be treatedYes ANYONE can go online and price shop parts, but there are other factors that go into our price which is called overheadWe are not out of line in fact we are cheaper than our competitors . After I read this complaint I personally called a few of my competitors from my cell phone just to see what they would charge and I got the answers which I already knew,,, We were the cheapestI would be happy to give this customer a free clean and check next year when they start up their furnace and make sure it is in good operating condition but that is as far as I am going with this as I feel this complaint was wrongly filed against us.If you look over our *** *** reviews or call the Bryant Manufacturing Company you will see that All Temp has one of the highest customer satisfaction ratingsWe arened that from being and honest company that cares about our customersRespectfully,

I have used this company almost exclusively for the last years Their sales team and their service techs have always been extremely courteous and helpful Their response times for routine maintenance always falls within the window of time that was given to me when I called them for an appointment

The problem that this customer had is not a problem of All Temp.This customer lives in a
condo which has a lineset that goes up a wall through a Neighbors Unit to the roofThis is what was leaking, All Temp has tried to get into the unit but the people that live there were out of townToday which is 07/24/All Temp replaced this lineset at no charge to this customerThe reality is that this customer should have paid for this repairBut even as RUDE as this customer was we took care of this under owner goodwillNot even a thank you from this customer....Sometimes I wish they had a Revdex.com against unreasonableThis was a $repair for freeCionsider this cased closedAny questions please feel free to contact me directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX

Let me clarify some wrong accusation from All Temp
I was never rude in my at least calls with All TempI was told that someone will call me within a dayWhen no one reached out to me, I called again and again and again but never rude
All Temp technicians told us after 4th visit that line set needs replacementTenants on the 3rd floor were on vacation not the ownerIf All Temp would have asked me, I would have arranged to have owner presentJust like July 24th
I was going to thank All Temp for fixing the problem but not after the wrong accusation
Tell me if I am wrong here - Air condition was not working with old unit and did not work after installing brand new unitIt is clear that the problem was the line setSo instead of spending $750, I end up spending $because All Temp technician was not able to diagnose the problem correctly in the first place
I have been doing business with All Temp in Palatine office for many yearsI have recommended All Temp to many of my friends and relativesThis is the first time I dealt with Chicago office because I thought it was the same companyBut seems like there is a lot of difference
My tenant was in the middle and stayed home for accommodating the schedule for All Temp technicians times
I do not want anything from All TempBut my tenant is asking me for compensation because she had to make other arrangements due to no air condition for weeks, which is $

Here is what All Temp is willing to do under owner goodwillWe will give Mr*** years of free serviceThis will include stop a year, total of over the next years
(2)- Furnace Clean and checks before winter season
(2)- A/C Clean and checks before summer seasonThe full retail value is $We will start up and perform complete inspection and make sure all is operating in good working order, If customer needs anything we will report with estimate and give customer 15% preferred discountIf not we will give his system clean bill of health and inform him of thisIn reference to Mr***'s Comment about purchasing a new a/c due to a faulty lineset, That lineset is what had a restriction in it which caused the compressor to starve and burn outWe tried to clean out the lineset when we installed new unit but unfortunaly we had no luckI want Mr *** to be a happy All Temp customer so this is my final offer to try and make this rightWe were not 100% at fault and neither was he so this is where I will leave thisHope this handles the situation

On 12/15/All Temp was called out on a no heat situationWe inspected furnace and found flame sensor was very dirty and corroded and saw that there was some type of condensation problem causing the gas valve to be corrodedThe existing furnace and venting was not installed by All Temp and
out of WarrantyWe diagnosed that the furnace was oversized which this we thought was causing his corrosionDue to the fact that the furnace was inopthere was no way to verify thisSo Joe *** gave us the approval to replace this furnace with a smaller btu and we did so that very next day daySo Joe *** called All Temp on 12/18/with a complaint of no heatWe sent a serviceman out there who verified that we still had a condensation problem due to the fact that the existing flue pipe which was not installed by All Temp was tied into the main line with another furnace which we did not know about because we never had access to this unit and at the time we installed our unit the other unit was not cycling on at that time otherwise we would've picked that upSo we actually had problems #furnace was over sized #The furnace flue was tied into another tenantsSo what we did was to compensate Mr *** because we did feel we were not at fault because of Existing venting arrangement, but because he is a good customer we would discount the furnace #$And he agreedThere was nothing said about his tenant going without heat for a period of timeAt the time of installing this furnace to resolve his existing flue problem we installed a high efficiency furnace which vents with PVC vs the same existing flue as the 1st unitThis would solve all of his problemsHe agreed and happy we found and solved his existing problemSo Mr *** contacted John *** , "his All Temp Rep" and wanted further compensation and agreed that if we gave him another $and performed air conditioning clean and checks units at his other buildings that he would be satisfiedI feel that we have gone above and beyond for a problem that was not due to the installation of our equipment and my finall offer still stands$and the clean & Checks for his other rental units,Which he agreed to and was going to send the list of properties to John *** which we have not received as of todayAny question please feel free to call me direct on my cell at ***

spoke with my employee about this matter as well.

I got balance transfer promotion in the mail. Called [redacted] which was in the form, some one replied (seems from India) asked me about all my information (name, dob, employer , salary, address, ....) they also asked me about my SIN # and I refused to give it. after getting all my information they hang up the phone and the line got disconnected. I thought it was not intended. I called back and the same thing happened again.
