I am rejecting this response because:
All Temp service men were at [redacted] on multiple occasions. They were well aware that my tenant had to cancel classes because there was no heat in her commercial space. I have emails from my tenant and her assistant that there was no heat from 12/15 till 1/4.
 
I have not received in writing any offer of $500 credit or 10 clean and checks for other rental units. 
 
I am still waiting for a written receipt of the 3 furnaces even though my credit card was already charged for all 3 furnaces. I have sent several emails to Bernice [redacted] in the billing dept for copies of my installation invoices. 
 
All Temps were called on as experts in the HVAC repair. The original furnace was corroded and wet. Your original service invoice #26284 dated 12/15/15 states that there was water entering the furnace from the flue pipe. I have pictures from my tenant that shows water on the floor and on the furnace. It is clear water damaged the original furnace that you did not install.
All Temp did not address the water issue and installed a brand new furnace - the new furnace was damaged by water after one day of use. 
I am only contesting being charged for the 2 furnaces I did not need or use. I am willing to pay for the 3rd and final furnace this is now working.

Dave S. Is clearly an expert who goes above and beyond expectations to provide quality service. Business tends to run later within the time frames, but you get their full attention.

Gelasio did a great job fixing my furnace. He took the time to go over the issue and answer all my questions (I had a lot of them), even helped me upgrade my wiring. All in all very happy, this is the second time I've called All Temp and am very happy.
