I am rejecting this response because: I was given service number today by *** from MCA , I called the service center ? which apparently they were given the wrong number by MCA, The service center does not have an available appointment till February 6th, which is about days from nowI cannot wait another two weeks to have my refrigerator repairedI need MCA to assign to another service center that will be able to schedule a repair This weekend! I am willing to spend my weekend waiting for my fridge to be repaired but I simply cannot wait another Weeksi have been patiently waiting for months for this issue to be resolved and no longer have the option to wait anymoreIf I need to wait longer than week I am asking that I get compensated for the additional week, Again I am reiterating the fact that I have to spend extra money on a daily basis to eat outside of my homePlease advise on how we will be moving forwardThank you for your ***e

I am sorry the customer is having difficulty with her refrigerator. It appears the customers contact number changed since the her original service contact. I have spoken with the customer and confirmed the best contact number. The customer should expect a call from the service center on 01/20 or...

01/21 to schedule an appointment to complete the repair. Although content loss is not covered by the product warranty, we are providing a partial refund of the customers expenses. I expect this service repair will resolve the issue with the customers product....

I cannot wait another two weeks to have my refrigerator repaired. I need MCA to assign to another service center that will be able to schedule a repair This weekend! I am willing to spend my weekend waiting for my fridge to be repaired but I simply cannot wait another 2 Weeks. I have been patiently waiting for months for this issue to be resolved and no longer have the option to wait anymore. If I need to wait longer than 1 week I am asking that I get compensated for the additional week, Again I am reiterating the fact that I have to spend extra money on a daily basis to eat outside of my home. I accept repairs but please understand the inconvenience to have a 2 defective units in such a short time lapse, I still don't have a working refrigerator. I would accept any additional compensation for this inconvenience.

understand your microwave is not heating, and, based on the information you have provided, is unfortunately beyond the one year part and labor warranty. The product does also have an 8 year part only warranty on the magnetron, which is the component that does the heating. If a service center determines the magnetron failed, we would provide the part at no charge to the service center. As we understand it, the service center will return on Saturday between 8 and 12 to complete the service. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
