Our home needed two new A/C units and we got a few quotes. Not only did McCalls come in the lowest, but they gave us the most detailed breakdown of the various efficiency and cost options. David and his wife Christine are good people and they run a solid family business. David personally installed the new Amana system (made in the USA) along with his tech, Scott. It was a big job, but they did it right and cleaned up their mess when they were done. We are relieved to have it done and I am happy we went with McCalls. I would recommend McCalls to anyone that needs HVAC work done.

They took only a couple of hours to install a brand new unit and on the hottest day of the year in 2016! Very friendly and professional.

PV/ Scottsdale residents 30 years. I've used every AC company in town. These guys are much better than competition. They installed two large Trane 18XL units more than 18 months ago and have been out 5 times for adjustments. No charge. Christine runs the scheduling and is very good. Scott, experienced wise honest and honorable. You would be foolish not to hire them.

We can always count on Scott to take care of our furnace/air conditioning needs. Christine is a great asset to the office and is very sympathetic to your worries. This is a company that is efficient, fair in pricing and always committed to giving you their best.

After being gone from home for the month of June, we thought our air was just not blowing cool. We called late in the day on the 30th, and Christine had Kory come out the next morning - wow, really quick service during the busiest time of the summer! Kory was friendly, competent and professional. Of course we were relieved to be told that our AC was operating properly; we just hadn't given the unit enough time to cool down the house after having been set at 87 for the time we were gone. This company is HONEST - they could have sold us something or did work we did not need. I TRUST them, and will definitely be giving them our business in the future and recommending McCall's to friends and relatives. THANKS Kory and Christine!

McCall's was very quick to come to my home and assess my needs. I probably spoke to five companies that week and this one was the only one to follow up with me. I appreciated that. The price of the service was definitely competitive. The people I spoke with were kind and professional. I would definitely use them again.

McCall's replaced my existing a/c and gas pack with a new 3 ton 14 seer gas a/c and gas pack. I met with seven different vendors before finally choosing McCall's. The prices were competitive and also reasonable and were on the lower end of quotes I received. The service and professionalism was the best from within the group of vendors and I was treated with respect and I never felt pressured. Christine and David were helpful and provided me with several options from start to finish regarding the product, install, and financing. I highly recommend them and am thankful to have found a heating and a/c company that I can trust.

I met Scott for the first time yesterday. I found him to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He identified the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. And on top of that, while he worked, we had a nice chat. The charge for his service was reasonable and best of all, our air conditioner works once again!

[redacted] McCall replaced our indoor blower motor and variable speed module. He was very professional, cleaned up, and gave us a fair price for the repair. He took the time to explain to me how to save money on my electric bill. I highly recommend McCall's Quality Services for any of your air conditioning needs.

Can't say enough about the customer service from Christine and the technicians. this company has a service where are they will email you a picture of the technician that will be coming to your house. this is for your safety and security. Christine followed up immediately to make sure everything was ok. we did have a slight issue that they attended to immediately, turns out something very minor to adjust but they were on it. I would definitely recommend this company

I entered in to a maintenance agreement with McCall"s in the summer of 2014 at which time they serviced both of my units. They washed the coils and cleaned the condensation lines and pans and got them in good running order. They came back out for the second maintenance visit ( included in the maintenance agreement ) in December and serviced both units again at that time. The East unit on my home was not blowing warm air with any pressure when the heat was on. They came back out and replaced a run cap ( covered by my maintenance plan ) and that did not solve the problem. They came out again and changed the speed on the fan for the heat and I have heat at last. Two previous A/C contractors told me there was nothing wrong with the unit and that was how it was supposed to operate. My question to them was how come when I first bought my house it worked for 5-6 years before I had problems? It is fixed and working now and I am very happy with the service I received from McCall's and especially [redacted]'s follow up and follow through to get my heat working when I told her I had a guest coming in for a week and wanted them to be comfortable.
