We recently had [redacted] come out to do some duct work on our house. Both he and his office manager, [redacted], were courteous and professional. After being gone from home for the month of June, we thought our air was just not blowing cool. We called late in the day on the 30th, and Christine had Kory come out the next morning - wow, really quick service during the busiest time of the summer! Kory was friendly, competent and professional. Of course we were relieved to be told that our AC was operating properly; we just hadn't given the unit enough time to cool down the house after having been set at 87 for the time we were gone. This company is HONEST - they could have sold us something or did work we did not need. Can't say enough about the customer service from Christine and the technicians. this company has a service where are they will email you a picture of the technician that will be coming to your house. this is for your safety and security. Christine followed up immediately to make sure everything was ok. we did have a slight issue that they attended to immediately, turns out something very minor to adjust but they were on it. I would definitely recommend this company

[redacted] McCall replaced our indoor blower motor and variable speed module. He was very professional, cleaned up, and gave us a fair price for the repair. He took the time to explain to me how to save money on my electric bill. I highly recommend McCall's Quality Services for any of your air conditioning needs.
