I was very satisfied with the service I received from McDonald's.

We were once again extremely pleased with Carlos C[redacted]. He was prompt, pleasant and efficient in every respect. This is the third time he has done a service all for us, and each time we have been totally satisfied with him and with his work. We also appreciated how quickly it was possible to schedule this service call. We will not hesitate to use McDonald's and Carlos again when the need arises.

Problem with AC quickly diagnosed and fixed.

Wow! What a great experience working with McDonald Plumbing. LaRonda was so great about working with my schedule and communicating with me about when we could make an appointment work. She called before leaving work to let me know when a technician would be on his way. Then John (the technician) had the courtesy to give me a 20 minute call ahead. He was so polite, nice, and easy to talk to you. Not only was he able to do a simple fix on my shower which made a HUGE difference in my water pressure, he had great tips on how to increase pressure in other areas. I am so glad I called McDonald!

I have an old house. Glenn has been here three times over the years. He always does a great job.

Plumbing service experience last week was excellent. The technician John B. did a great job, he was very professional and pleasant. The problem was identified very quickly & the fix was completed in record time. I will certainly specifically ask for Jon when I have additional plumbing needs.

Our technician, Glen, T is the BEST! Each time he came out to diagnosis our very complicated problem with the sewer and water, he was very professional and friendly. He explained exactly what the problem was, the best way to fix the issues, and gave us a very fair estimate of the costs for repairs. The job was completed in a timely fashion for a very reasonable price. I would recommend McDonald PHAC and Glen to anyone. Wonderful company and a great technician. John B. Again comes through for my family. He fixed our leak near water main and fixed our bathroom toilet today. He understands the true meaning of customer service! He is very professional. The McDonald's serviceman spent the entire day at our home working on a long list of plumbing issues. (We have recently moved into our home, and a lot of work needed to be done to adapt the place for an older couple, us.) Each task he worked at with competence and often with a lot of creativity. He was a friendly guy that we felt comfortable with. We won't hesitate to use McDonald's for any future work.

We just moved into our newly purchased home. We had quite a number of concerns. McDonald's serviceman did an excellent job of sorting out which problems needed immediate attention from the ones that could be put off for awhile. Indeed, he was able to reassure us that some of our concerns were unfounded. He was be able to set up a time for the work to be completed in just a few days. I feel confident the repairs will be done right.
