We appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention, as McDonald's takes all customer complaints seriously. ...

McDonald's Customer Experience & Insights Department has forwarded the Revdex.com's notification to the restaurant's management team and requested a full investigation and report.  We will provide an updated status report when we have received additional information.

Thank you.

McDonald's on [redacted] has a prejudice manager working there and I will never recommend anyone to eat there. I was harassed and treated poorly at this location. Never again will I ever give this restaraunt my money...

Absolutely disgusting treatment of a customer at 4:50am on 4/20/2016 at McDonalds #1772! I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich using a "GET ONE FREE COUPON" that was provided to me by another Southern California McDonalds. >>>>THE COUPON WAS FOR AN ABSOLUTELY FREE SANDWICH

We have sent a follow-up request to restaurant management for a status update regarding this customer's complaint.  We hope to have additional information shortly.
Thank you.

To Whom It May Concern:
On 10-26-16 @ 7:27am, I visited a McDonald's in Chesapeake, VA. The service from the cashier was exceptional, however that is the only good thing I can say about this visit. I ordered 1 hash brown and a steak with only onions ( meat only without bread). I arrive at work and prepare to eat BUT when I see the product (steak) that I was served and expected to eat to say I was upset is an understatement. I return to said establishment and asked to speak to a manager. The young man that I encountered was not only lacking concern for my complaint but acted as though I was wasting his time. The steak was soooooooooooooo dried up and hard, yes I did ask him would he eat it. I overheard the young lady fixing orders (which means she should've known not to send it out) say to the manager I told him that it was overdone. To say that I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THAT STORE IS a sure thing. I WILL ALSO LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO VISIT THAT ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Oh yeah the manager did ask me ( mind you AFTER I had to waste gas and was late for work having to return for ill services) would I like a DRINK for the inconvenience.....REALLY SIR!!!!! I PLAN to laminate and keep receipt for future reference if ever needed for proof.

The location on Emerson st..jacksonville [redacted].. my fiance ordered a mcgriddle at 430am and was given 2 buns with nothing on it..He got home..called manager of store and she very rude ..I think any person handling consumers food should have better people skills and descalate the situation..I use to like mcdonalds but after my experiance ..Im done with this company

Through the drive thru, I ordered a number six. The Grilled Artisan Chicken sandwich. No tomato and no vinaigrette sauce but add mayo, with a side order of a large fry and Sprite to drink. When I pulled to the pick up window, gentleman greeted me with drink in hand, and shortly after gave me my order. Correct number and size of fries were there, and the correct sandwich box was visible with receipt on top.Once I got home, my sandwich was breaded chicken, and my fries were hard and warm to touch.

My name is Jay I visited your McDonald location located on [redacted] Hwy, Woodbridge, VA 22191. You guys advertise that that particular location is 24 hrs, which when I visited on January 3rd 2017 at 1:47 am everything was down. I mean I understand you have to restart your system and all, but if you are taking cash from customers you should offer a receipt. That was one thing I was told at the order screen that they were only taking cash do to their system being down, which I said okay. Then when I got to the window the employee named Eric said they can't print out receipts and they are hand writing them, which I never heard of ever. Then I said okay I will take a hand written receipt, and when I said that he said okay you have to wait 15 mins. After 20 mins of waiting no one came out to the wait area to tell me whats going on so I drove back around the drive-thru. So when I pulled up to the window I asked Eric it's been 25 mins now and I need a receipt and then he gave a deep sigh like I asked for a million dollars, I mean I was asking to receive payment confirmation for my order, which apparently was a big issue for him. The manager whose name was Jenny I believe came out after I asked to see her 3 times finally and when I told her what Eric said to me she said nothing in return and just kind of shrugged her shoulders and I told her I am not leaving until I get a receipt, which then all of a sudden she was able to retrieve in a matter of seconds when I refused to move again. This was the biggest inconvenience some one can experience especially at around 2 am in the morning. My thing is that if you claim yourself to be 24 hrs, why are more than half your services not 24 hrs and the most important thing is that how can you guys refuse to give customers receipts for their orders. Really disappointed and will post on every social media page for everyone to see.

Absolutely inept! After sitting at the intercom for 10 minutes last night I had to drive to the window to place my order. No apologies where offered for the horrible experience. No restitution offered by the management. Then the next morning they get the order wrong 3 times! And people wonder why no one want to raise minimum wage. Why would you be paid more for not being able to do the BASIC job. The [redacted] road location in Garland TX has consistently been a horrible experience.

2[redacted] plymouth mcdonalds had no heat and employees I talked to hAve said it's been out for a month and management is not going to fix.it was below freezing out with employees dressed in winter coats.

Night crew is very rude. Have nasty attitude and the food wasn't good.

I went to McDonald's at [redacted]n Olathe, Kansas. This is not the first time in 2 months that my experience was horrible. They serve you food that has been sitting all day. The orders are never correct and the food is horrible and cold. This McDonald's is going down hill and they behave like they don't care. Someone really needs to look into this. I took pictures of my food that I received. Went to another McDonald's less than 2 miles away and oh my gosh the difference in pictures when you are actually served food that has not been sitting all day and is actually fresh.

I went to McDonalds on Nov 1, 2016 and they messed up my burger TWO TIMES, my fries were cold, they had no med size cup lids so was giving everybody smaller clear cups.
They were rude and not at all sorry for their sorry service.

Im Erliza [redacted] I been sick since thursday , after I drink the mango smoothie.Wednesday evening November 30 ,2016 we stop to Mc Donald at broad street to get something eat.. when we get home I drink the smoothie and when to bed I wake up with severe stomack pain at 4am Dec1 Thursday rush to bathroom. Untill now Im in a bad situation I cant even go to work . Be aware!

I went through the drive thru at McDonald's store # 17291 on Rockford st (601) January 18th at 10:41. Pulled to park and eat and my fries where cold and hard my kids burgers had cheese on them that was ice cold. I went back through the drive thru and told the girl on the mic that my cheese was not melted on my burgers and was cold. She said pull around and we will fix them I guess and started laughing. I pulled up to the second drive thru window and there was her and another guy laughing and talking about me. The guy opened the window and I looked at her and ask her why did she think it was funny cause my cheese is not melted. She said we don't melt the cheese on burgers.. I ask the guy was he the manager and he said yes. I said well she had no right to laugh at me I don't work here and I don't know y'all's policy and he said yes I was right she should not laughed at me. Finally got my burgers replaced after being made fun of.

I ordered my food and waited 9 minutes in the drive thru for only 2 quarter pounders by the time they got to me they were cold and whenever I went to eat finally the cheese was just thrown on there it wasn't even centered half of it was hanging off the burger

This is about the Location at [redacted] in Orlando Florida. I go there because this store is walking distance from my house. In almost 50 years of going to McDonalds this location is the Worse run McDonalds of any location in the US as far as I know and in other countries. I have been in McDonalds in all most every state and three other Countries and the one at [redacted] is the worse one . The reason is, because the owner never fixes the problems The customer service people don't know how to treat customers because they never learn from a professional trainer how to treat customers like they would like to be treated or the way a person would like their mothers treated. the problem is the customer service people at this location treat people like the customers were all street [redacted] junkies. This terrible treatment comes even from the managers who also know nothing about customer service, maybe that is why some wont wear their name tags. I spent a quarter of my life providing excellent customer service from a company that prides itself on excellent customer service. There is no point in describing the most recent incident because the owner fails to correct the problem, and I know because I keep complaining about the same problems. The owner needs to fix the problems not just listen to them and then ignore them.

Every time I go to the McDonalds at [redacted] Dr in Denton, Tx, I am treated extremely bad. I order a sausage biscuit with egg meal, and every time I do not get what I want. Twice I have been told that they don't serve biscuits at this time of day and twice I've been told that they will give me my biscuit but not my hash brown. I should not have to drive clean across town from my home to get what I want. Any other McDonalds will make my biscuit and give me my hash brown no problem. They are supposed to serve breakfast. I am tired of the bad service.

I have been a customer of the Mc Donald's restaurant in [redacted], Ohio for my entire life(and I am now 60). My brother worked at this restaurant when it originally opened, I worked there for 5 years. I allow myself a treat once a month of the steak bagel meal, but as of today, I will not be going back.
I request my sandwich with no egg, and just a LITTLE extra sauce and every time I have to either bring it back or spend five minutes at home cleaning all the extra sauce off. I am just looking for a teaspoon of extra sauce. The last time I ordered I scraped almost two tablespoons of extra sauce off this sandwich. This means that it has been completely slathered in a ridiculous amount of extra sauce. When a person says just a little, maybe a teaspoon, why do your employees feel it necessary to make the sandwich unedible? They put so much extra sauce that it is oozed out all over the wrapper, all over the bagel's outside, the meat slides all over the place when you eat it. If I don't order extra sauce I get what I got this morning.....less than a teaspoon of sauce on the sandwich and it is only on half of the bun. Without the sauce, the sandwich is very dry and very difficult to eat.
This morning I tried another route. I asked for a teaspoon of sauce in a little container of some sort. Of course, they will not charge me if I ask for extra sauce at the speaker, but then the sandwich is slathered. If I wait till I get to the window, it's 40 cents because of the cup. If I come inside(the convenience of going through the drive thru is taken away, which is always fun in the winter time, or rain, or high winds), and ask for a little extra sauce, no problem. But this morning I got frustrated when I had to ask for a carrier for three drink items(no brainer!) and then asked for a teaspoon of sauce and the girl at the window and the manager both tell me 40 cents. I can't give them my sandwich back because it's already been out the window and if I ask for extra sauce we'll be back to square one. I will admit, I got angry and drove away.
I guess that Mc Donald's has gotten away from respecting the customers wishes of doing it right THE FIRST TIME. I believe that the customer is only important in the fact that they give you their hard earned money and once you get it, who cares what happens. It is possible, as a HUGE business to respect the customer and do what they ask the first time, correctly, so that they don't feel like they have been sucker punched. This restaurant is two blocks away from my home. It is convenient, you have a sandwich that I like, that I treat myself to once a month. Why is it that they can't do things right? I guess that unlike [redacted], which is just a couple hundred feel from your store, you don't care if we have it our way, because you can't get it done right the first time.
