Satisfied with the work performed at a reasonable rate.

First visit - gentleman came, cleaned the carpets, carpets were not completely clean after the process finished. Was willing to return at next possible opportunity - no charge - with scrub brush to do a deep clean on the carpet in a few spots.

Second visit - same gentleman came and performed a deep scrub clean on the living room carpet. I feel that due to a possible slight lack of experience - or such things do just happen, understandably - the carpets got really wet due to the scrubbing and some water was retained in the base of the carpeting. He came on a Friday and by Sunday afternoon the house was literally smelling like wet dog garbage.

Third visit - Company owner came, again no charge, deodorized/sanitized the carpet again and left us with an industrial fan to dry the room. This should have been done on visit 2, but alas.

Regardless of the fact that it took 3 visits, I am still completely satisfied due to this company's A) friendliness and level of respect, B) timeliness - always exactly when quoted, and C) price level.

Had I paid the amount I would pay a nationwide, franchise-based carpet cleaning company to clean my carpets, I would have been a little more up in arms.

I just called our local store in [redacted] MI. Store [redacted]. I spoke to Alicia, a manager to explain that my mom of 80 and daughter of 12 years old BOTH got violently ill last night after eating at this location. I chose Not to eat, thank goodness, but they both ordered meals. A Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder with cheese, large fries and 2 drinks. Within hours both started vomiting/nausea, all night long. My daughter missing first day back to school, and me work to watch over both of them. I am worried especially about dehydration with my mom. I don't feel Alicia really was all that concerned. I then called corporate offices and spoke to a Rebecca who appeared much more willing to help me. I am hoping to hear back from someone on this so I know if this was an isolated incident or widespread, etc.

Well to start off I love going to McDonald's and enjoy a good meal. I wanted for you guys to bring back the spicy Mcchicken back because my little brother always asks for it and unfortunately I have to tell him that McDonald's doesn't have them. I've been going to Mcdonalds [redacted], Tucson, AZ 85719 for many years and the past 5 occasions have been the worst by far. I understand placing a large order will have a waiting time however asking me to call it in ahead of time like if it's a five star restaurant is ridiculous. I, like everyother customer should be allowed to order and wait the appropriate amount of time for my order. After all, it's is a fast food restaurant and if they can't do 17 hot and spicy's then I don't know what it is they do all day, if it isnt flipping patties. McDonald's promises fast food however it seems like this location doesn't know how to keep their promises.

Got in line (not a long line) at 215 this afternoon, didn't even pay until 224. First, they charged me for the wrong order, said they refunded it and then charged for my order. The whole time the manager and man working were arguing back and forth about it right in front of me. Then when I get up to get my food at 233, my drink was a medium when I paid for a large. When I asked them to fix it was asked to pull forward to wait on a drink. When I refused to pull forward, explaining the trouble I had already had and being there for 20+ minutes I was told that their machine was filled with other drinks so I had no choice to pull forward. I don't know why I continue to eat there because I ALWAYS have issues but this iced the cake. I will NEVER give McDonalds another penny of my money.

While riding my newborn around for him to fall back asleep, I stopped at McDonald's on NY Ave. First, I waited at the speaker for about 3 minutes. When no one attempted to take my order. I pulled around to the window. The young lady at the window immediately asked me if I stopped at the speaker. I told her I did, but no one attempted to take my order. She turned to a gentleman and told him that I stated I stopped at the speaker. He then said, "No she didn't! I've had the headset on the entire time!" She looked and saw there was a car behind me then stated, "Ah nah. You have to go back around..." This incident happened at approximately 3:04am on 09/28/2016. When I first pulled up there was a taxi cab ordering at the speaker. No on ever came to the speaker. Then when I pull forward because I assume the speaker is inoperable, I am told I have to go back to the speaker. The car that happened to pull up behind had not ordered either. These two individuals were completely unprofessional and lack customer service skills.

The people working there did everything wrong because they were busy playing with each other. We were in there 30 minutes. They put cheese on the hamburgers, the sundae was melted, the fries were cold and nobody cared. They forgot the sauce for the cold chicken nuggets. We spent $32 and most was inedible. I'll never return

My experience at the McDonalds on [redacted] Smyrna, GA next to the ** gas station on Monday, December 26th, 2016 at 5:36pm was the most horrible and devastating experience. I had my niece 7yrs old and grandson 8yrs old in the car with me at the drive thru. There was a [redacted] american male who appeared to be recently released from prison that shoved a large order of fries in my face at the drive through window and said sarcastically bye and slammed the sliding door in my face. Because he forgot an order of fries and you and your co-workers were playing at the window. They were rude and disrespectful. I was AFRAID they did something to the fries that was for my niece and from this experience I will NOT BE VISITING A MCDONALDS AGAIN. I was afraid and embarrassed by their behavior in front of my young family members. It was difficult to explain why they behaved this way and they were all [redacted] american employees. Very hood and ratchet behavior. I don't know why any affiliates of McDonalds would allow employees of that nature to represent them.

This is in response to complaint ID# 9491650 . 1 do not feel like this account is accurate

of the situation. 1 feel that this customer was very confrontational and angry at me from the start. We did give her the requested item left from her order the previous night, but this is an on going issue, This was the 3rd time she has come the next day stating she was shorted a sandwich the previous day.

She states that I said my crew didn ’t know how to read. What I said to her was, the screen can be hard to read. Of course our crew members can read! I was simply trying to make her understand that sometimes my employees get busy and as the screens fill up they are harder to read and do not intentionally leave items out of our customers orders.

We mailed her a written apology, but vvill not be putting anything in our local newspaper.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.she can make it sound how she wants. and I am not lying in anyway. all that was said by the [redacted]. her job is possibly on the line so she will say what is needed to make herself look good. I would actually like to see her reprimanded by her bosses. when you do wrong or say bad things she should just admit it. instead she still wants to make it sound like it was no fault of theirs. I should not have to check my bag every time I go to mcdonalds. this is just crazy. if her or her staff screw up. they should not get so upset @ the customer. I would like her supervisors or franchise be contacted and made aware of how disrespectful she is. I will look for my receipt and show how she wrote on their THIS TIME. I would like them to contact me.

Our goal is to give you fast and friendly service each time you visit. We strive for this, but on occasion, we fail. It is our job to get your order correct and in your bag and I am sorry we did not do that.

I also apologize for not addressing your concerns when you came into our restaurant. It is our

intention to make our customers happy and fix any mistakes me have made. I know that that was not the case in this situation and again, I am sorry, ft was not the intention to degrade our

employees. They are a vital part of our business. We value them very much.

Again, please accept my sincere apology for your disappointment with McDonald’s. We did not handle this situation correcdy and we have addressed that internally and will handle customer issues better in the future.
