Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me After my initial complaint, I was reached out to by McGrath's General Manager, [redacted] [redacted] was professional and polite He acknowledged my frustration, listened to my experience, and was focused on doing his best to rectify a messy situation In the end we found a solution that worked for both of us Sincerely, [redacted]

There was a delay in funding on Mr [redacted] purchase due to out of state title issues which caused a delay in payoff on the trade in vehicleUnfortunately, because the auto pay was still active on the trade in payments were deductedUsually our customers will cancel the auto pay once the car is traded in for this reason The payoff has been sent to [redacted] and once that is processed [redacted] will issue a refund for the difference between the payoff and the current balance on the loan

There is nothing further we can do at this pointBecauseare there was a lien on the vehicle we are required to the payoff the directly to the lienholder which we have doneIt is then the lienholders responsibility to refund any money owed to the customerFor your reference the check # is [redacted] I apologize for the inconvenienceI may reached at ( [redacted] or ( [redacted] with any questionsThank you

No money was received or receipted as a formal deposit to hold said vehicle in good faith. We are actively working with this customer to find a replacement vehicle that will meet his needs and satisfaction

When the customer traded in her original purchase and bought her current vehicle we gave her the full amount she paid for the original vehicle and applied it toward the new purchase$was applied as a down payment and rest towards a vehicle service contract and gap insurance which the customer

Mr*** was given an approximate value for his trade unseen and told that the final number could be higher or lower once we physically inspect the carWhen he called after taking delivery of his new car and informed us he felt we were unclear on this and that the price we gave him was unfair
we agreed to make up a new contract with the extra $on the value of his tradeMr*** came back to the dealership and resigned the contract with the new trade in value

We offered the customer $2000.00 and a $500.00 service credit to attempt to resolve this complaint which she initially said she would accept but has since changed her mind. We would like to resolve this complaint but cannot seem to find a resolution that is feasible and will satisfy Ms. [redacted]. We are open to any suggestions from the customer or the Revdex.com.
