I am rejecting this response because:Cancelling an auto debit wouldn't have been the wise choice and would have damaged my credit. As stated before, they had no idea I traded the car in. Once again the finger is being pointed and I'm expected to understand. Understand that my 13 hours spent buying this car could have been spent working or spending time with my family. I want my money and not a wait and go talk to them or them. When my money is back in my account I'll be satisfied.

After my initial complaint, I was reached out to by McGrath's General Manager, [redacted]  [redacted] was professional and polite.  He acknowledged my frustration, listened to my experience, and was focused on doing his best to rectify a messy situation.  In the end we found a solution that worked for both of us
