I was supposed to have a complete sewer line replacementI agreed to pay almost $12,for thisFrom the very start of the job it was just one problem after anotherThey replaced about 3/of my line before saying that they could not replace the whole lineIn the meantime, Joe replaced feet of my water line without telling mehe said this would make up for not completing the job I hired and paid him forI called the owner the following Monday and did get $backThey also left my house and yard a complete disaster areaThey left sections of sewer pipe in my basementThey left more sewer pipe in my yard along with piles of tree roots in different places in my front yard including my drivewayThey sent a young kid by himself the next day to fix the dirt in my yard, clean up, and cement my basement floorHe failed at every taskHe used concrete on my floor where mortar was called for leaving it totally uneven and not feathered to the floorHe took trash awayHe raked one side of my yard which was not dug instead of removing the dirt and putting it on the side that was dugHe did absolutely nothing to the dirt where they dugI had to move roots and shovel dirt and rocks just so I could get my car in the drivewayI spent the whole weekend shoveling and moving dirt just to get it to look semi-OK, all the while wondering why I PAID a lot of money for a job and now I am the one who has to do the workI feel like Mc.Hales should have been paying me for working for themI could never recommend Mc.Hales to anyoneMy only recommendation for anyone considering Mc.Hales Plumbing is to run fast and far away from this companyOh, and Joe came out and explained all the reasons why it would be best to replace the sewer nowwhen they could not replace the full line, he then began trying to explain to me that this section of pipe is fine and does not need to be replacedI guess I am an it for falling for his conObviously the line did not need to be replaced at allI wonder how many people they run this con on every weekHow many people are taking loans they cannot afford, to replace a sewer that does not need to be replacedAbsolutely no shameAbsolutely dishonestAbsolutely con men

All team members (Joe M., John B., Vince L., Connor, and Jesus) were tremendous professionals. This large, complex job was done in a top-notch manner. There was excellent focus on detail and execution. Communication was timely, clear and understandable to the layman. I commend these men for a job well-done and on-schedule. I would recommend them and McHales, if asked.

We had Mark K. from McHales, Inc. in today to fix a leaky pipe. Mark is very professional and personable. He fixed our problem and explained everything he was doing. He arrived promptly within the time window that was given. We have used McHales in the past and they have provided prompt, courteous service. They fixed our plumbing problems to our satisfaction and responded to all concerns in a positive manner. I highly recommend them.

Dear [redacted]:I'm writing response to complaint ID #[redacted], have not received any emails regarding this complaint filed on 5/5/16 until your phone call this morning, Thank you for faxing me the report. I'm shocked after reading this complaint. We completed the work on Thursday 4/21/16. Please see...

the attached invoice. During the repair the homeowner told out tech "he was unsure how he was going to pay for the work because he couldn't afford it." On that day and without notice, he left his home with two of my technicians working on the pump, We completed and tested the work. It was working 100%. We called him upon completion multiple times from his home to inspect the work and receive final payment. He has never called back. I Marty G[redacted] went back to the home on Monday 4/25/16, The front door was open, windows open, T.V on, and his car in the driveway. He refused to answer the door, We called Upper Southampton Police. Upon arrival we explained the situation; the police officers said they have been out there before for the similar complaints from other contractors. They found him hiding in the bathroom. He stated he would not be paying us and would like Marty off the property. He never replied to our phone calls or text messages to resolve or explain any problem. If he had a complaint about the work then why has he not responded to our phone calls and statements or had us out to his home? He pre-authorized the $2,123 Job and gave only a $100 deposit. He owes $1,811 and has not paid for his services, We plan to file a lien against his property and take legal actions, Please feet free to call me at ###-###-#### to discuss the details or fax me ###-###-####. ed from mchales was professional and friendly. he made good suggestions to solve my problem of a leaky kitchen faucet and a broken garbage disposal. he honored his original estimate and took his time to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction in installing a new faucet and garbage disposal. I will consider using mchales plumbing in the future if the need arises.

The McHale’s Team (salesman/designer, electrician, plumber and project manager) was at our home on a Friday evening to review our bathroom renovations before starting the upcoming work. During their visit, Matt, the electrician, wanted to see the circuit breaker box only to discover our basement was flooded. Luckily, Marty the plumber quickly assessed the situation only to discover our hot water heater had broken. Due to Marty’s prompt assessment he was able to get the materials and replace our hot water heater within 24 hours. We were very grateful for Marty’s assistance on a Friday night as we didn’t know where we would have been able to find a plumber that quickly. With the assistance of Marty and Matt we were able to have hot water in no time. I can’t thank them enough for coming to our rescue so quickly. We look forward to working with all of the McHale’s team while updating our bathrooms. Their service is impeccable.

We selected McHale's to redo our bathroom because of the company's long history serving our general community. The job was an upstairs bathroom renovation in which they replaced our shower, installing all new floor & shower tiles & painting the room. The technicians arrived in a timely manner, were courteous & made every effort to keep the areas accessing their work area clean, covering steps & furnishings with protective plastic. They would daily let us know what work was done and what the next steps would be. We were very happy with the work done & with our experience.

Nice on the phone, quick to get to my home, friendly, clean & knew exactly what needed to be done. Since it is going to be a big job (sewer line replacement), they gave me a few options to choose from. I am confident they will do the work properly.
