Joe M listened to the plumbing issue I was having, wrote up some options with estimates then went to work on the one I chose. He had me with him when he used the camera in my plumbing and he was able to clear the blockage. I am very happy with his communication and hard work to clear my issue then replace the toilet and wax seal. I highly recommend him as a plumber.

Over 41 years of living in our home we have had many different companies provide service to our equipment, Electric, Plumbing , appliances, etc. Never have we had the the type of service Mc Hales provides. Their response time is incredible, they provide you with highly skilled labor. All of There employees work together and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Disgraceful! I had a drain problem previously; and it was $99. dispatch fee, Plus $100. to snake the drain - but when the service person arrived the sewer line cleared.
So, when the problem occurred again, I called McHale's again. This time the service person said it was $490. When I complained, he reduced the price 10% - to $439. to
snake a sewer line.
I was expecting $199. - or anything up to $250.
I manage properties, so I know the cost, and time involved for snaking a sewer line;
and I am highly disappointed with the cost.
Since the drain was clogged, and to avoid a dispatch fee, plus contact another plumber, I did ok the job, which was completed in 20 minutes.

The electrician was professional, informative, prompt and personable. The job was well done..

Coordinating the entire project from showroom appointment, requisition of materials, date of work start to finish and scheduling of personnel, he was in constant contact with us. The timeline provided was right on schedule – almost up to the hour! He was also the master plumber and electrician on the project. We sincerely appreciated his availability for immediate communication and the sincere attention we received. Mike and Ed were equally competent. They worked exceptionally well together to coordinate an efficient workflow with an attention to detail. We highly recommend John and McHale’s Inc.!
