I am rejecting this response because: I've since gotten another vehicle since I never heard back from the dealershipI can't be expected to just wait with no contact from them. There was no contact to even let me know the issue was still on their agenda, I believe an out of sight, out of mindI do believe they should bear the cost of what I lost in the purchase due to being misled on the purchase.

THIS CUSTOMER REQUESTED THE CANCELLATION IN NOV, THE CHECK WAS CUT AND SENT TO HIS BANK AND CASHED 12-15-ALL IS DONE *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: This issue has yet to be resolvedThe company still holds approximately $of my money, the car I traded in and has paid off my loan with Ford with the pay off being
the $difference which the collected from me at the time I purchased the newer vehicleThe original transaction took place on March 14th and know the dealer claims they will hold my money until they receive the title which Ford has already released.If the dealer operates in this fashion on every traholding the customers money for to weeks or longer it provides for some nice working capital at the customers expense

I DID SPEAK TO THIS CUSTOMER IN REGARDS TO MAKING A DEAL, BUT HE INSISTED ON A VEHICLE NOT IN STOCK WHICH IS WHAT THE PROGRAM GUIDLINES ARE FOR TRUE CAR. HIM AND I AGREED BY PHONE ON A VALUE, BUT THE UNIT IN QUESTION WASNT AVAILABLE *** ***

I had a conversation with Mr*** this morning and explained to him that the deal was subject to him providing us with the necessary documentation so that we could fax it over to the bank to consummate the dealPer our conversation over the phone Tuesday morning, Mr*** was
going to bring me the stipulations that we needed to provide to the bank on that afternoon but he did not do soI called the bank and was advised by them that he was not approved without having these documents. Without having a valid approval we could not and would not be able to sell him the vehicle, which is what happen in this situation.
THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF AND RESOLVED WITH THE CUSTOMER
The person they assigned to speak to me was the same Manager that was the one that was completely disrespectful to my family I just don't understand why Ford would have *** from

I is absolutely that I was notified in advance
that this business informed me they would be submitting any request to so many companiesI DID NOT need them to do so because I was already PRE-APPROVED by capital one for an amount up to $35,I was informed AFTER the fact that they got me a better interest rate but at no time did I grant permission for them to to send a blanket request to finance companies

It’s not right to ask a customer that paid for something in good faith to just sit and wait until it is just right for the company to make it right or benefit youYou’ve already benefitted off of me onceTrying to sell me a car that is out of my price range, get me to go into credit card debt to do it, and say you’ve made an effort isn’t right or ethical? You have made no effort to even address this issue and correct it? It was me that reached out to you both times and I basically was told to just wait? Well, I’ve had to sell the vehicle and take a loss because waiting for you was losing even more money? What Red McCombs did was cheat me out of hard earned moneyI figured as soon as I walked out the door of the GMs office I’d never hear another word..and I was basically right? You all have done nothing to make this right? Just make it right and stop making me pay for what you guys did wrong.? ?

information in May and *** called me to advise me that they do not handle that ( here we are in September) Ive called and been to Ford times and no one could tell me this till now? ? Not only that *** was rude during our conversationWhen I asked " who do I call?" He said the finance company customer service who did Ford forward the information to? Specific Department ? I feel thar Ford dropped the ball and now are washing thier hands

WHEN I STATED ITS BEEN RESOLVED THIS MEANT THAT WE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMER AND TO OUR KNOWLEDGE HE UNDERSTOOD THE NEXT STEP TO THE PROCESS WHICH WAS AS SOON AS THE TITLE WAS RECEIVED WE WOULD CUT HIM HIS CHECK THATS OWED TO HIM
WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER, HOW EVER THE ONLY WAY TO GET THIS INFO IS THROUGH THE CUSTOMERPOSSIBLY AT SOME POINT THEY CAME IN AND RELEASED THEIR INFO FOR THE INQUIRY

? AFTER LOOKING AT THE DEAL, WE WERE ABLE TO SECURE A RATE OF 5% FOR MR *** WHICH IS A CLEAR MUCH BETTER RATE THEN WHAT CAPITAL HAD TO OFFERPER CAPT WE WOULD STILL HAVE TO SUBMIT HIS APP FOR APPROVAL ALTHOUGH HIS LETTER STATED HE WAS PRE APPROVED
