Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please have Pacific Honda provide proof that the [redacted] vehicle I traded in was properly released from my name after the trade in in 2011, and prior to when the new owner, who purchased the truck from Pacific Honda received a parking ticket that just destroyed my credit and caused me to pay $out of my pocketIf this paperwork had in fact been submitted by Pacific Honda, there is no way that a year later the new owner could get a ticket that would be placed in my nameAgain, I feel at this point it is Pacific Honda's responsibility to 1) Fix this issue with the DMV and notify them the vehicle was received as a trade in 2) Pay the fines I just received as a result of their falure to properly release me from ownership3) Contact [redacted] , [redacted] , and [redacted] and get this removed from my credit4) Contact the City of San Diego and have this ticket transferred and released from my name since I had traded in the vehicle over a year before this ticket was issued to the new ownerTimeline review: - Truck traded in for a [redacted] at Pacific HondaJuly - I moved to [redacted] November - New owner of truck got a parking ticket- I was notifed, in [redacted] , of a parking ticket that had been unpaid since November on a truck I had traded in years ago, and over a year before ticket receivedLost points on a nearly credit score, and had to pay $out of pocket Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWhen the company sent out people to "bang out" the dents when they removed the panels, I could see the dents had not just damaged the outer panelLooked like it also had made dents in the "not sure the correct term" but the frame ,I asked the gentlemen that was "banging out the dents" and they assured me that would have no effect on the unit .Replacing the panels only fixes the appearance! When it is apparent I was sold a damaged unit when it was agreed upon a new unit. From the beginning I was unhappy and unsure what to do, I made several attempts to contact the owner that sold me the unit I sent pictures of the damages and got no response even after leaving messages I still to this day have not heard from the owner that sold it to me , When finally I got a hold of someone only offer was to bang out the dents. This is not acceptable I am paying for a new unit and that is what I want , I have no idea how those dents was made and I fear about the damage I can't see I have paid in full 5,but I also do have remaining balance but was told by the owner I could pay it off with my taxes next year Regards, [redacted]

We have responded to the clientWe did what we said we would doThere are replacement panels on the way for the unitThe client does still owe on her bill, and has not made any attempt to payWe made concessions to assist her as much as we can

Their admitting they installed a damaged unit ,the agreement was for a brand new unit ,they are admitting to knowingly installing a damaged unit without my consent or knowledge that the unit was damaged. They are admitting to damaging it by taking it over a wall? I don't have a wall in my back yard but, I do have a tall fence that was locked, and it was locked because I was not home because, they wasn't suppose to install the unit till the next dayI was not home and instead of waiting for me or just skipping me they took it over my locked tall fence dropping it? And after they noticed that it was damaged installed it anyway! They installed the damaged unit without asking me if I minded that the unit was damagedI had no choice or say in the matter, if I Had I would not have accepted it! I paid for a New unit not a Damaged one . And it may have a warranty but the warranty covers parts not the cost to have someone install or the cost to have someone tell me whats wrong with it if something stops working.Which if its something internal could take a while to show up
Regards,
*** ***

The customer was given a new unitit is guaranteed with a warranty that was mailed to her residenceThe unit was damaged only on the outside either in shipping or in the process of installing it because the only way it was able to get set, is to take the entire thing over a wall to get to the desired location for final placementThe employees checked the internal parts of the unit when they were " banging out the exterior dents"The damage is cosmeticWe have ordered the new pieces to make this right for our customer

If these details are true, please contact the City Of San Diego and provide your documentation so they can reassign or delete the parking ticket and fix my credit. The ticket was issued in Nov 2012- so if you have all of the documentation and can prove it would be impossible for me to get a ticket on this vehicle after you took possession in 2010.
