I have scheduled a water meter removal for I was told that the meter at t he curb needs to be cleanedIt has been over monthsI call on an almost daily basis and am told that the supervisor is busy, the meter shop is on lunchalthough I made sure to call at various timesI have spoken to Margarit who promised me she would resolve the issue and have not heard from her in weeksWhen I ask for her I am told that she is on the phone The demolition for this building is waiting on the meter removal and it is causing the business a lot of anquish

I have been waiting over a year and a half for the water company to change the water meterwhen they came to change it initially the tech said he has to turn off the water outside because the inside value is to oldhe said he would replace the value when he changed the meter he went outside to turn of the outside valve and the valve was broken and needed to be done at the streetHe said he would put the order in and I would be notifiedI have been calling for a year and a halfabout months ago a crew showed up to change the outside valve and said they needed to open up the street and that is a different crew they were suppose to do this today (Aug **, 2018) after me calling once a week for the past year and a halfonly person who came today was to mark the spot he had no idea when they would come back I called today and spoke to Jonathan, he told me they were only suppose to mark the spot for the person to turn it off the change the meterthis is not correct

Suez shut off my water with any notice before, I live there for over a year, and they claim that they sent a notice to the old owner of the building, and they believe that the Apartment is vacant When this is a Living apartment with a family of Children, the youngest is Months, they did not care when I explained that to them I asked them to tell me the amount and I will pay it off first, and I should have water, and will than open the account for now on but they did not agree

The worst company with the customer service I got a bill from suez fir an account that was closed over a year and was paid in full and when I called in complaining the "corrected" the bill to over double then the original bill and even after I paid this and I got an payment confirmation they are still claiming that it was not paid and they are charging me with late fees

In I was advised by Suez that the water meter needed to be updated so that it could be read automaticallyI followed all instructions as I was threatened with fines if meter couldn't be updatedThey send a company to update the meterSince then I had to call Suez almost monthly as I was charged repeatedly a $surcharge for an estimated readingI called on a monthly basis to have the fee removed and to inquire why the automatic reading did not happenI had a service agent come to my house and check the equipment, and was assured that everything was in orderI was told that the truck who drives by to take the reading will be asked to go slower to recognize the readingI was assured that everything was in order, but I continued to receive estimated billsMy May bill again lists a $surcharge for an estimated reading, although I was assured this should not happen again

Never called after Revdex.com complaintI called them, and they offered to replace the meter But next month, again an erroneous billNext thing I know, Revdex.com sent me this message:

Suez has removed the meter on a commercial property but is refusing to give the demolition letter since the last tenant left a balance on the accountAs a representative for the landlord, I have given Suez all of the information they requestedFirst, they wanted proof of tenancy, then they said they want proof of address since the address has changed(which I had already send months ago when I needed something else.)I got the proof but they refused to look at it stating, "as the owner, if you want the demolition letter you must pay the balance." We have a meter with this water company since We are paying our water bill on time every monthThis house has two units and each unit has a separate water meterEvery thing was going fineAll of a sudden, I receive another bill showing that we owed an amount of dollarsIt was shocking for me to see that big billSo I contacted their office using this number ###-###-####I spoke to their representative and he explained to me me that they made a mistake by mixing up the two meters and they have corrected that mistake nowAnd they want to collect the difference in this written amount from approximately last three yearsIt's shocking for me to have to pay this amount when I have no idea what is going onIt was their mistake that they mixed up everything and messed upI am unable to pay this amount as it came all of a sudden on my headThe company made a mistake I shouldn't have to suffer for thatPlease resolve this matter and help me out as I'm not in a position

I have been trying to resolve this issue with Suez for over years now speaking with Suez employees and writing letters about this issueI contacted the state regulator for Utilities who said I need to take Suez to court for violating bankruptcy laws but I did not I was trying to be patient hoping this issue would be resolved
