In I was advised by Suez that the water meter needed to be updated so that it could be read automaticallyI followed all instructions as I was threatened with fines if meter couldn't be updatedThey send a company to update the meterSince then I had to call Suez almost monthly as I was charged repeatedly a $surcharge for an estimated readingI called on a monthly basis to have the fee removed and to inquire why the automatic reading did not happenI had a service agent come to my house and check the equipment, and was assured that everything was in orderI was told that the truck who drives by to take the reading will be asked to go slower to recognize the readingI was assured that everything was in order, but I continued to receive estimated billsMy May bill again lists a $surcharge for an estimated reading, although I was assured this should not happen again

I am reaching out to you today to address an issue that has not been resolved, despite my consistent attempts to do so Simply put, my water bill is carrying a past due balance that is not from my account The balance, from another person entirely unrelated to me, was mistakenly added to my account around the time United Water was transitioning into Suez and, despite the fact that I outright proved this by showing them the social security number and phone number of that account was not mine (as well as the fact that I never lived at the address they claim I accrued the past due balance at), they continue to send me bills with these past due balance and final termination notices threating to shut off my water
This has been happening now since I moved from my former residence at * *** *tin Tappan, NY, two years ago I have since lived at ** *** *** *** in Congers, NY and now at *** *** *** ** *** NY and every fe

I would of given star if possible Awful experience no customer service whatsoever and there is no way to complain even on their website billing statement doesn't add up at all but still there's no one to talk to

Suez has been charging me a fee to change my meterI'm busy and they will not do weekendsI finally took off so they can stop charging me a monthly fee for old meter that works fineThe guy came and broke a pipe seal that caused a leakHe said he can't fix it to call a plumber? I called suez over and over while my basement was getting waterI finally got a supervisor who said they are not plumbers? They can't fix pipes? Only install meters? Seriously you aren't going to fix a pipe you broke inches from water main you just removed? So Suez said they aren't plumbers? So how are you changing meters on live pipes in my houseI will not stop writing every news paper and city official until you pay to get this fixedLet me tell you I'm gonna call every single daySeven on your side has already done a story about this so they will be first person I speak withYou should be ashamed of yourselves

We live for years in our home, promptly paying our bills
The issue is with the water company, now call Suez that used to be called United waterOur monthly bills were about $a month until Suez took over United waterSince Suez took over our bills had doubled, and we paid or bills promptlyThen we started getting smaller bill, like $to $a month
One day we get a correction bill, which was an estimate of around $We called the company asking what is this new charge and they said that the meter wasn’t functioning properlyWe tried to dispute this amount to no avail, they wouldn’t listen nor would they negotiate the amountFor lack of choice we had to agree, otherwise they’ll disconnect our waterSo since we couldn’t pay such a large amount we asked for payments - and they agreed to set the payments at $per month - which we diligently paid
On August *, we come home and there is no waterCalled Suez to be told that for lack of payments they shut our waterI a

Suez shut off my water with any notice before, I live there for over a year, and they claim that they sent a notice to the old owner of the building, and they believe that the Apartment is vacant
When this is a Living apartment with a family of Children, the youngest is Months, they did not care when I explained that to them
I asked them to tell me the amount and I will pay it off first, and I should have water, and will than open the account for now on
but they did not agree

Suez has removed the meter on a commercial property but is refusing to give the demolition letter since the last tenant left a balance on the accountAs a representative for the landlord, I have given Suez all of the information they requestedFirst, they wanted proof of tenancy, then they said they want proof of address since the address has changed(which I had already send months ago when I needed something else.)I got the proof but they refused to look at it stating, "as the owner, if you want the demolition letter you must pay the balance." I feel this is blackmailing the LL to pay for a previous and delinquent tenantI asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she is on the phone, when I asked for her to call me back the representative declined to agree to have her return my callshe said she would give a message but did not take my contact info

We have a meter with this water company since We are paying our water bill on time every monthThis house has two units and each unit has a separate water meterEvery thing was going fineAll of a sudden, I receive another bill showing that we owed an amount of dollarsIt was shocking for me to see that big billSo I contacted their office using this number ###-###-####I spoke to their representative and he explained to me me that they made a mistake by mixing up the two meters and they have corrected that mistake nowAnd they want to collect the difference in this written amount from approximately last three yearsIt's shocking for me to have to pay this amount when I have no idea what is going onIt was their mistake that they mixed up everything and messed upI am unable to pay this amount as it came all of a sudden on my headThe company made a mistake I shouldn't have to suffer for thatPlease resolve this matter and help me out as I'm not in a position

Never called after Revdex.com complaintI called them, and they offered to replace the meter But next month, again an erroneous billNext thing I know, Revdex.com sent me this message:
Your Revdex.com has tried to present your complaint to SUEZ Water New York, Incin an attempt to resolve this matter to your mutual satisfaction Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we have received no response to your complaint We attempted to contact SUEZ Water New York, Incthrough written correspondence twice on your behalf, but we must now close this matter in our files This does not minimize the importance of your concerns, nor is it any reflection on the validity of your dispute

I have been trying to resolve this issue with Suez for over years now speaking with Suez employees and writing letters about this issueI contacted the state regulator for Utilities who said I need to take Suez to court for violating bankruptcy laws but I did not I was trying to be patient hoping this issue would be resolved
I recently was told by the White Plains Bankruptcy division to contact the Revdex.com because my account has gone into collectionThe collection department now has the information showing my coverage in bankruptcy and said it is being investigated and I have days I am supposed to contact them, not them contacting me in thirty daysTHIS CAN AFFECT MY CREDIT, WHO IS GOING TO HELP ME?

I have scheduled a water meter removal for 2/**/ I was told that the meter at t he curb needs to be cleanedIt has been over monthsI call on an almost daily basis and am told that the supervisor is busy, the meter shop is on lunchalthough I made sure to call at various timesI have spoken to Margarit who promised me she would resolve the issue and have not heard from her in weeksWhen I ask for her I am told that she is on the phone The demolition for this building is waiting on the meter removal and it is causing the business a lot of anquish
