MD Construction

Marcel Ducharme is a very unprofessional person to deal with. He does not accept any of your questions and if he would answer any question, he would scream at you as if you know nothing! He would say "F" word to you. VERY RACIST! His work is substandard! He did our concrete garage pad, when we complained that there is water sitting at the middle of the concrete after few hours of rain that has been sitting there for few days, he would scream at you saying that is just water and that is normal! The garage pad was not leveled! Then not even a month after, there was a crack on the pad already, so we called him to complain this. And he screamed at us saying that is normal and used "F" word on us. When we asked him to look at the pad, he hangs up the phone! We told him we have the right to complain to him because we are costumer and as a costumer who are paying, we are NOT SATISFIED with his WORK!
He is the worst Contractor ever!!

Review: On 7/11/14 I hired MD Construction (MD is Matt & Dale)remove and replace gutters and roof shingles damaged when a neighbors tree fell on our house during the storm 6/17. We were leaving town for three weeks and the work was to be completed while we were away. We paid $3500.00 on 7/11 and $915.00 7/12 to Dale Turner one of the partners phone #([redacted]. When we returned on 8/6, the work had not been started and Dale said the leaf free guards were on back order. They began the work, took down the gutters, installed the ones in the front of the house but stopped due to weather and a problem with their machine. In early September Dale suggested we paint the trim before he installed the gutters in the back of the house. I hired a painter to paint the trim 9/17 and MD Construction was to return that weekend to install the gutters. They did not show up and did not return any of our many phone calls. On Sept. 25th Matt([redacted], the other partner called to say the crew would be there Saturday 9/27 to complete the job. No-one came, and calls and texts to both partners since that time have not been returned. We the have supplies they ordered but no-one to install them.Desired Settlement: We want the work we paid for completed or our $4415 returned. We have no gutters(MD Construction removed them)and our roof is still damaged causing water to leak into our house. When it rains the water has no-where to go which is causing further damage to our home. We have all the supplies MD construction ordered under our outside deck but no-one to do the work. We have no funds to hire someone else to do the labor. I have never experienced anyone unprofessional as MD Construction.
