we have contacted our client to verify the balances. We have marked the accounts as disputed with the credit bureaus. Our client is showing the balances as due. We are mailing copies of the bills as well as the consent form signed by the complainant. thank... you

The payment was made on the the 21st. The PA that took the payment requested the receipt in Window 705. We were closed Thursday, and Jennifer U*** was out
on PTO Friday. Monday the 28th was the first day back from the holiday, and the receipt was sent out, but it was sent out via regular mail instead of e-mail, which prompted yesterday’s call

I think if you call someone trying to collect a debt, you need to provide more information for them to get the issue resolved And when talking to a client you should be a little nicer and more patient

I RECEIVED AN ADVERTISEMENT FROM A LAWYER SAYING A LAWSUIT WAS FILED AGAINST ME MAY AND THAT MEDWAS THE ONE WHO FILED IT I CALLED MEDASKING WHY AND THEY STATED IT WAS DUE TO HOSPITAL BILLS THEY SAID WERE FROM MAY AND JULY I NEVER RECEIVED ANY BILLS OR COLLECTIONS NOTICES AND MY ADDRESS IS CURRENTMEDTOLD ME I SHOULD RECEIVE A SUMMONS FOR COURT NEXT WEEK I KNOW ITS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE TO SEND YOU A SUMMONS FOR COURT FOR A BILL SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTICES OF THESE BILLS IF I WOULD'VE RECEIVED NOTICES I WOULD'VE PAID ON THE ACCOUNT AND IT WOULD'NT HAVE GOTTEN THIS FAR

Calls repeatedly daily, and then recording keeps saying please hold someone will be with you shortly. Called at 9 pm ET and did the same thing again, hung up after 5 minutes.

We have spoken with our client, which is the physician group and not the hospital. Even though the physician group did not originally grant charity, they have reconsidered and have written these accounts off to charity now.

I have been dealing with Med1 solutions for 4 months now. They have been leaving me with barely enough to survive being a single mother with two children. Finally I check my paystub and notice that my next check will only be taking out $60 concluding my garnishment. well when I got my paycheck they took the whole 20% again instead of just the ending balance amount due! I called both them and the clerks office and they just keep veering off in other directions. I contact my HR and they sent me a snipping tool of the file on my garnishment and the initial balance keeps increasing! so pretty much my employer is going to keep releasing 20% of my pay until med1 finally sends a release of garnishment to my employer! which they are taking their sweet time about. then I must wait for the refund from the clerks office! I had my electric turned off and now my children will not have any Christmas presents because of this mess! still no one will answer my question about why they took 20% when I only owed $60 left? My hr shows that another 200 will be taken out on my next check as well unless they get a release! I still do not know why the initial balance keeps increasing 20% every two weeks!

We are not able to access the original creditor's billing system, so we have asked the original creditor,  for records. As stated before, once we receive this, we will forward to the complainant. The last four digits of the social security number we were given is 5187
