I would like to respond to items of the complainant.
Customer’s Statement of the Problem:
1) Stay away from Med Loan Finance they trick you into paying for a
pre-approval loan and then sign you up for more loans than you need.

inaccurate. ...

Complainant filled out application
and then continued to fill out Loan Search Form, which they agreed to terms and
conditions. The fee was spelled out on the Loan Search Form and we obtained
more money than they needed, however on our Loan Search Form, which they
electronically signed, it states, “If approved for
more than requested,
fees will be based on loan amount requested.” which was the amount charged.  This was also sent in a follow up email to
complainant immediately after approval.
2) When i
asked to have the loan fee waived I was rudely treated by the staff and hung up
on.
RESPONSE Again, the fees were fully disclosed
and agreed to by complainant.  The
cancellation policy on the Loan Search Form and follow up email was not
followed by complainant.
3) I was
never given an option to select what loan I wanted.
RESPONSE Again, this is a false
statement.  On the Loan Search Form 3
options were given and complainant selected our premium program option.
4) The
company just took it upon themselves to charge my credit card and apply to two
different loan companies.
RESPONSE Complainant agreed to the charges on
the Loan Search Form and when they would occur. 
It also states, “I fully understand my credit request may be presented
to multiple credit issuing companies and/or search companies including (but not
limited to) Banks, Finance Companies, Credit
Card Issuers, and partnership programs with other such affiliated
companies as agreed to on my submitted application.”
5) I was
charged $495.
RESPONSE This is what fee was agreed to on the
Loan Search Form for the amount requested on the application.
6) STAY AWAY!
They proceeded to give me advice on how to handle the two credit cards I would
be receiving in the mail (which was not accurate) They have no idea of what
customer service means!!!!!!
RESPONSE 
When complainant called, she was very upset, we tried to explain to her,
but she said she was going to file a complaint with Revdex.com and fight this. The
week before when we obtained an approval for her, she was very excited and was
going to put her fee on new card and we told her about cancellation policy in
addition to the Loan Search Form and follow up email.
7) Desired Settlement: 
I would like my money because I didnt
open the account and never proceeded with it. 
RESPONSE The cancelation policy was fully
disclosed on the Loan Search Form and the follow up email. We provided our
service as agreed to on the Loan Search Form. 
Complainant did not follow terms
of cancellation, so no refund will be issued.

Consumer had put the wrong mailing address on his application, which delayed delivery of card he was approved for. Since then he has received new card and we have place his fee on new card. This issue should be considered closed. I have attached email sent to consumer.

known that was what this company meant by loan I never would have used them. I disputed the charge. RESPONSE See attached email from complainant.  It states "I have elected to drop the dispute, so the bank will redeposit the funds".  We were waiting for response  to Revdex.com until we got back the funds, we just received the funds yesterday.3)  They ignored my emails and phone calls so I disputed the charge with my bank. The company refused to respond to all efforts to communicate by the bank. Now they're threatening to send me to collections. RESPONSE Since complainant paid the fees that were agreed to on the Loan Search Form, no further action will be taken by Med Loan Finance.

Customer’s Statement of the Problem:
1) My husband and I applied
for a line of credit through Medical Loan Finance.
RESPONSE This is correct complainant filled out our
application and agreed to our Loan Search Form on...

09/28/2015.
2) We were approved but never accepted the credit
because the rate was extremely high.
RESPONSE Complainant was approved by two sources.  The rates for our fees were electronically
agreed to on the Loan Search Form.  The
rates for the credit we obtained for them were also outlined on this form.  They received 12 months interest free on the
programs we obtained for them, so I am unsure what they mean by rate was
extremely high.  Everything was disclosed
and agreed to.
3) They
then began to send emails to the both of us saying that because we applied with
them and even through we did not accept the credit line we must still pay
$495.00 by November 6, 2015 or they will take legal action against us.
RESPONSE The cancellation policy was
agreed to on the Loan Search form by the complainant and was restated on
additional email we sent with the approvals on 09/28/2015. They did not follow the
cancelation policy; therefor the fees as agreed to are owed.
Desired Settlement: 
4) I would like all emails
to cease and no further contact with this business. I would also like no legal
action taken against either of us.  
RESPONSE Complainant electronically signed and agreed
to the terms and conditions on the Loan Search Form. They did not cancel per terms of agreement.  When we tried to run the credit card they had
listed on the Loan Search Form, it was declined. We will continue to pursue the
legal binding agreement (Loan Search Form) that they electronically signed.  Additionally as agreed to on the loan search
form, “if any legal/collection fees are required to assist in collecting on
accounts in default of this agreement, these fees will be added in addition to
Med Loan Finance fee amount as disclosed”

I needed to get a medical procedure done that unfortunately my health
insurance would not pay. I was advised for a medical loan. Upon
researching online I found this company Med Loan Finances. On...

their
site they state that they would help in finding a lender to help pay
my medical bills once I placed my application.RESPONSE This is correct2)
Upon my application they asked for my credit card information to
validate my credit score,RESPONSE This is a false statement. The consumer filled out her credit card
information on our Loan Search Form, which states it is a legal
binding agreement and
supersedes any oral/written agreement or discussion(s). .
It states nothing about validating credit score. I have attached a
copy of the Loan Search Form consumer filled out.3)
then after they found a lender or an option to better help my needs
that I approved of, then there would be a processing fee, but no
amount was stated as in how much I would be charged. RESPONSE This is a false statement. With the Prime Program that consumer
selected, it states “(CHARGE
MY CREDIT CARD LISTED BELOW AT TIME OF APPROVAL)”. It
also states “This Program may include Credit Cards for Medical
Purposes”. It also explains the fees in full detail based on the
amount approved. 4)
Only when the loan was approved a percentage would be taken out from
the loan amount. Several hours later I received an e-mail stating I
was approved for three credit cards and no other information
regarding why I was denied a loan from a lender.RESPONSE This is a false statement. On the Loan Search Form it does not state
anything about a percentage taken out from loan amount. This is for
some of our other lending programs, but not stated on this
contract/form. The consumer did not provide the name of their
provider. We have traditional loans available, but the provider has
to be signed up on those programs. On the Loan Search Form it
states, “I fully understand my credit request may be presented to
multiple credit issuing companies and/or search companies including
(but not limited to) Banks, Finance Companies, Credit
Card Issuers,
and partnership programs with other such affiliated companies as
agreed to on my submitted application.” The best option without a
provider filled in is our credit card program. 5)
I tried to contact their toll free number and never received an
answer nor was I able to deny the credit cards.RESPONSE I am not sure when you tried to call us, but if you did not leave a
message, we would not know that we needed to call back. Also with
the program consumer selected, denying the credit cards is not an
option.6)
I then checked the credit card I used to validate my credit only to
find out I was charged $1,165.50 by this company for the processing
fee and it overcharged my account.RESPONSE This is what was agreed to by consumer by electronically signing the
Loan Search Form agreement, which includes her IP address and credit
card information she provided. We are sorry it overcharged her
account, but the Loan Search Form she agreed was to be charged at
time of approval and we have no control on consumers account
balances.7)
I immediately called my card company Citi bank and filed a fraud
because I did not authorize that transaction, RESPONSE This statement is false, consumer did authorize transaction with Loan
Search Form.8)
Citi bank then did a charge back to my account. This occurred on
1/16/15. For two weeks after that I continued to call the toll free
number and left messages for someone to contact me, which no one did,
so I believed the matter was settled. RESPONSE When a consumer files a charge back, we submit information to support
our side of the chargeback. While it is in review we do not
communicate with consumer, as to keep the facts straight. When we get
a decision, then we decide on actions.9)
Only to receive a call from [redacted] 2/17/15 at 5:15pm that they
received notice that I refused to pay my processing fee and if I did
not pay they would send to a collection agency that could charge
35-50% more and I would be looking at paying close to $2000.RESPONSE This statement is correct. On the Loan Search Form it states, “.
 If any legal/ collection fees are required to assist in
collecting on accounts in default of this agreement, these fees will
be added in addition to the Med Loan Finance fee amount as disclosed
above. “Consumers is in default of contract and these are fees
required to assist in collecting our fees as agreed to.10) I told
[redacted] that this was not right because I did not to apply for credit
cards if that was the case I could of done it myself, that I wanted a
loan from a lender. They didn't send me an agreement letter to these
'terms' she stated nor a debt validation letter. RESPONSE On the Loan Search form that consumer filled out at very beginning,
all terms were disclosed, and agreed to by consumer. It states
“Borrower(s):
Do not sign this document unless you understand it!” and then has
an area where consumer had to check that states “ I agree to the
terms and conditions as outlined above.” It also discloses about being presented to credit cards as discussed
in response to #4 above..Desired
Settlement:                      11)
I do not want to be charged a processing fee that I did not agree on
nor was I informed of.RESPONSE This is a false statement. Consumer was fully aware and agreed to
our Loan Search Form, prior to being submitted to any of our lending
partners. Consumer was fully informed of this fee12)
I would also like to have this company reported to the media because
they are taking advantage of citizens like myself who are in need of
medical care but their insurance will not pay nor can the individual
pay out of pocket.RESPONSE We have been processing loans since 2003. We process 1,000’s of
applications weekly and disclose everything upfront. I am sorry that
the consumer feels that they can unilaterally change an agreement
that they electronically signed. We can provide all supporting
documentation to any media, but feel that it would not be in the best
interest of the consumer.13)
Upon further research I did, this company has multiple websites with
different entities claiming to help you apply for loans. I feel taken
advantage of due to my medical condition. RESPONSE We have no idea of what your medical condition is and treat each and
every consumer with best options for their lending needs.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't think the fee that they are charging is reasonable. This is astronomical fee for someone just applying a credit card in your name. I don't think the fee is fair to a consumer that's in my position of seeking loan for a medical procedure. At the end of the day, I'm just another consumer going up against a corporation that they said they been in business for more than 10 years.  I am powerless. They have been making enough money. For them not to reconsider their decision and policy at all just so cruel to a person in a position like me. I haven't used, taking advantage, or benefiting from almost $2000 that they charged me
