We evaluated different pool companies and decided on Medallion primarily because of their design, approach, quality and people After out first meeting with *** where we told him what we were looking for, we met again to go over the design What set them apart from the others is how they listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions when we asked questions *** and the staff were very patient with us and did not rush us in to a decision Along the way we had a few minor changes to the design which *** understood and accommodated Once we signed the contract, *** laid out a timeline that was more aggressive than the other companies In the end they ended up finishing our pool days before the scheduled date despite some of the weather delays we experienced During the construction phase, Dave communicated with us almost every day, letting us know what was going on with the construction and what was coming next Again, since we had never done this before, Dave was very patient in answering our questionsWe live in an area that has many new homes being constructed Therefore, we know how messy construction sites can get While there is some mess to pool construction, the crews that worked on our pool were some of the nicest and most considerate people we have experienced In particular, the stonemasons who did the tile, coping and outdoor kitchen work were absolutely fabulous and one of the best in their craft Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Medallion and will certainly do our next pool with them We wouldn't consider any other pool company
While looking for pool companies, I noticed all the great reviews Medallion Pools had received I did not know anyone personally that had used them so I was having to rely on the reviews We spoke with a couple of different pool companies and finally decided that Medallion Pools would be the one I'm so fortunate we made that decision because we could not be any happier They notice all the small stuff that needs to be addressed before you even let them know They communicate all the steps with you and never let you think you've been forgotten on your project It was truly a pleasure to work with their entire team I would definitely recommend them to anyone

This was our first pool to build and the amount of steps required is very overwhelming. There a plenty of pool builders that can get the job done but I highly recommend Medallion Pools based on communication alone. From day one to the last day we received a daily email letting us know what was going on. Sometimes it was just a "still waiting on vendor A" but it is very nice knowing that every detail is being monitored and communicated.
Where there some build hiccups? Sure. I wouldn't trust a pool builder that tells you that everything will go smoothly. When issues did arise during the process Wayne, Dave, Taylor, and the entire team kept us well informed of the plans and progress. I know that we will enjoy our pool for many years to come and if the need to every build again comes up Medallion will be our first call.
