[redacted] wanted to cancel her contract after the third business day.Under our terms and conditions of Medallions contract this is considered a Buyer's Late Cancellation, which the buyer agrees to pay Medallion a cancellation fee equal to 33% of the Agreement's purchase price. This is all...

on the contract that [redacted] signed with Medallion.[redacted] should review her contract. No money is owed to [redacted] from Medallion.

Review: I hired Medallion to pefrom work at my home. The sales manager **. [redacted]. [redacted] visted my home on April 18, 2013 to review the work and reveiw the contract. After me repeating asking him what the monthly payments would be, he informed me my payments would be $208. I asked if he was sure because that is all I could afford, and if it was going to be anything oother this it wouldn't be any needed to proceed. **. [redacted] assured me the payment were $208 monthly. However, sometime aound mid May I received a bill from the lender where the payments were double or $416.68 monthly. I immediately called **. [redacted] to ask him to clear this up and was assured each time the had taken care of this. However, after speakiing with [redacted] (lender) on numerous occassions I was told my monthly payments are $416.68 a month and any payment less than this is not making full payments. I believer **. [redacted] used deceptive and misleading sales tactics in order to get a sale. Now I'm being harrassed weekly by [redacted] asking when will I make my payments, I continue to inform them I'm making payments based on what was told to me. As it stands, my credit is being ruined because of the deceptive sales practice of **. [redacted]. The contract filled out did not list the monthly payments, only the amount borrowed, the interest rate and the lentght of the loan.Desired Settlement: I would like Medallion to fix this by contacting [redacted] to have the payments adjusted to $208 a month, which is what I was quoted by **. [redacted]. I would also like them to absord the late fees and interest that is being applied to my account monthly.

Response:

[redacted]7:39 AM (1 hour ago)to meIn response to **. [redacted]'s complaint: She has accepted and is now happy with her new financing, which she signed off on. Questions or concerns relating to **. [redacted]'s closed issue should be directed to [redacted], Medallion's General Manager. Thank you,

Review: Medallion was hired to replace a raised deck and screen porch beneath the deck. Two days after we made final payment, it rained and the roof on the screen porch leaked in more than a dozen places. I have sent emails, text messages, made phone calls and talked in person to the General Manager, [redacted], the Sales Rep, [redacted], the site Supervisor, [redacted] and the Service Manager, [redacted] to report this problem. The Site Supervisor came out to inspect the roof and said they would do what was necessary to correct the problem even it they needed to take the roof down and rebuild it. The next day workers came out with caulk guns. Obviously, this was not the right solution to correct the problem. It's been about two weeks now and we still have been unable to get the needed roof repairs. Now everyone we talk to say the General Manager, [redacted] would call us and make arrangements for the needed repairs. To date, [redacted] has been unresponsive.Desired Settlement: We want the current roof removed and a new roof built that will not leak. Revdex.com's A rating of this business should be reevaluated.

We have had too many problems with this project for Medallion to have an A rating. Problems include: framing with lower grade wood than stipulated in the contract (bait and switch), framing with damaged wood that had to be replaced or reinforced, faulty craftsmanship on step posts that needed to be redone (work originally done by 'first day on the job' worker who tried to 'force' things to fit), safety issues with step depth and unleveled flooring.

Response:

We spoke with **. & [redacted]. [redacted] on, Wed., November 13,

2013, concerning their screen room, which we installed back in August of this

year, 2013. We have been out on several occasions to service their screen room

roof and to change out some of their wood boards. **. & [redacted]. [redacted] acknowledged

telephonically that they are no longer having

issues with their roof or the boards we replaced but are waiting for the

next heavy downpour to see if it still leaks.

Also stated in their complaint is Medallions use of lower

grade wood which is not the case. Medallion only uses top-grade material when installing

a job. I believe the [redacted]s are

referring to checking and knots, a natural occurrence in wood which is very

noticeable at the time of manufacturing.

Even though Medallion was under no obligation to change out the boards/wood,

we did so at their request.

The last and final issue is their concrete floor: They are

saying that the middle of their floor is raised, which is due to the grade of

their concrete. The [redacted]’s concrete floor has an upward slop, which the

installers communicated to [redacted], Medallion’s General Manager, before

starting the job. The carpet installers

also confirmed the raise in their floor when I spoke to them on Thursday,

Nov.14, 2013. Once they noticed the concrete

floor/ grade was uneven, they made every effort to address the issue by cosmetically

improving the installation of their carpet without doing anything to the floor itself.

Medallion installed the [redacted]’s screen room per contract and

is under no obligation to fix or level the grade of their concrete floor because,

as previously stated, the condition existed prior to the installation of their project. Further questions can be direct to Medallion's General Manger, [redacted]. He can be reached at ###-###-####. [redacted]

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because the information Medallion provided to the manufacture was incorrect. [redacted] told [redacted] that the boards had been installed in September. The boards were installed in February. I reported the problem to Medallion 2 weeks later (after the snow had melted and we could see the deck). Medallion stated that the problem was 'cracking' when in fact after talking with reps from [redacted] and reviewing the pictures I sent them, the problem was identified as 'feathering. Our deck is still under warranty for both labor and materials. We should not be charged to make repairs since the problem is NOT the result of "changes in material due to natural occurrence."

Business

Response:

Medallion holds its position as it relates to their original

response concerning **. & [redacted]. [redacted]'s decking boards. Unless the manufacture

changes their stance and states that the product is defective, Medallion is

under no obligation to service or replace their boards. However, if the [redacted]s

are willing to accept the cost of material and labor, Medallion has no issue

with changing out their boards.

A failure to honor a contract or agreement,

An unreasonable or excessive delay starting and completing service,

A sales presentation that failed to disclose key conditions of the offer which include how long it would take for permits,

A sales presentation that had a verbal representation not consistent with the written agreement stated project would be finish by first week in January,

A sales presentation that misrepresents the service,

The non-delivery of products,Desired Settlement: I would have like the project starting by now, they continue to make excuses why the project has not started, they don't communicate, etc

Medallion

started Ms. [redacted]' contracted installation on Thursday, Jan. 22,

2015. The process of installing a screen room from the day a contract is executed (signed and dated) typically takes anywhere from 8-12 weeks. We were on track

to start Ms. [redacted]' installation 10-12 weeks out from the day she signed her

contract but ran into permitting delays due to PG County's request for

additional information. Unfortunately these types of delays occur from time to

time due to Medallion’s refusal to cut corners; insuring that the necessary

jurisdictional protocols are followed to the letter thereby assuring the quality of

Medallion’s work is never jeopardized.

We hope to have Ms. [redacted]’ installation completed by the end of this week, Friday Jan. 30,

2015, weather permitting.

Review: Medallion incorrectly installed a downspout extension underneath a patio I paid over $15,000.00 for. We had another company in mind yet they sold us on their product warranty and workmanship. As a result the ground eroding the patio has fallen apart. After 7-10 attempts over a 2 month period, we were finally contacted and were told to add more dirt or sod. After I told them that was not a viable option as it would not permanently fix the problem. We sent them pictures of the damage (it thas gotten worse and continues to grow) and they offered to repair the damage they caused for an additional $900.00! We did not hear from them for 3 weeks after we declined that offer. After another round of multiple calls over another month's time, they sent someone to "look" at the damage. Again, no contact afterwards. It took my husband to make a trip to their place of business and demand to talk to the owner. The patio manager, with whom I had spoken to so many times came out of his office and after discussions with my husband, agreed to repair the damage for free. That was on 7 Jun and once again we have yet to hear from them.Desired Settlement: permanently repair damage and replace pavers.

Response:

Issues articulated by [redacted] have been noted. Agreed

upon service with Medallion's General Manager, [redacted], is being

scheduled. This is Medallion's busiest time of the year, which means a delay in intallations and services. [redacted] will

be contacted prior to their service date.

Review: We wrote a CERTIFIED letter to [redacted], President, OWner, Medallion Security Door and Window on April 25, 2013 because of the follow: We were advised by [redacted], Field Manager, when we signed our original contract on March 29, 2013 that Medallion made its own custom steel entry door hung from a steel frame and custom storm door. We met with **. [redacted] again on April 1, 2013 and he again, specifically reconfirmed that Medallion made their custom steel entry door and storm door. He also reconfirmed that the custom steel entry door and storm would be hung from a steel frame and that the frame was all medal. We questioned him on this matter because we noticed your company website was using a photo and almost the same wording that was on [redacted]’s website and in their 2012 catalog. Also, [redacted] informed us they did not believe any company made all steel entry doors. **. [redacted] convinced us by restating that Medallion manufactured their own doors using the same standards as the [redacted] door. We entered into a contract for $11,000.00 for the custom entry door and storm door with the understanding that both doors would be made completely of steel. Therefore, we cancelled our contract with [redacted] since they indicated that their entry door was made by [redacted].

On April 17, 2013, date of installation, we saw the [redacted] Entry Door and Sidelites lying on our drive way for installation. We contacted **. [redacted] to explain that there was a mistake with the name of the door because we were told we were purchasing a custom steel entry door and storm door manufactured by Medallion. **. [redacted] became highly upset, disrespectful, rude and unprofessional to us. In fact, he said he would leave the doors on the driveway and would still charge us for the doors if we did not allow his installers to do their job. **. [redacted] was on our speaker phone so your installers heard him and can verify how rude and disrespectful he was to us.

Because his conduct and behavior was unacceptable, we contacted [redacted], General Manager, for assistance. We explained **. [redacted]’s rude and unprofessional conduct to **. [redacted] and the information **. [redacted] had told us at the signing of the contract. **. [redacted] apologized for the misrepresentation and informed us he did not know why **. [redacted] would mislead us. He informed us that Medallion does not manufacture entry doors and the doors installed by Medallion are made by [redacted].

After discussion with **. [redacted], we agreed to the installation. Once the entry door was installed, we discovered at least three defects with the entry door and storm door. First there was a crack/defect on the interior entry door. We advised **. [redacted] of the crack/defect, that this was unacceptable and we requested a replacement without a crack/defect. According to **. [redacted], his installer, [redacted], did not believe it was necessary to replace the door because the crack would be covered with trim. Therefore, we agreed to the price reduction of $500.00 to compensate us for the crack in the door.

Secondly, after the installers left, we noticed the touch-up paint the installer used to cover imperfections in the entry door is two different colors when it dried.

Thirdly, we were advised by **. [redacted] that both the entry door and storm door would be the same color. I believe the color we chose was Cranberry or Colonial Red for our entry door and storm door; however, the storm door is a noticeable shade darker than the entry door.

Currently, we have two (2) unresolved issues with our purchase of the entry door and storm door. (1) The [redacted] Entry Door has touch-up spots that have dried a different color. (2) The color of the [redacted] Entry Door does not match the color of the steel storm door. The storm door must be the same color as the entry door; and not a shade darker than the entry door. We are not satisfied with the condition of our current entry door and storm door.

We asked **. [redacted] to respond to us in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this letter to advise us of how his company will resolve the second and third outstanding issues stated above; however as of this date, we have not received a response.Desired Settlement: We are requesting the following:

(1) The [redacted] EntryDoor needs to be replaced due to installer's touch-up spots that have dried a different color.

(2) The color of the [redacted] Entry Door does not match the color of the steel storm door. The storm door must be the same color as the entry door; and not a shade darker than the entry door; therefore, we are requesting a matching security storm door.

In response to the [redacted]'s complaint: We are repainting the door this week, per the [redacted]'s request. The installation will be the latter part of the this week or early next week. Thank you.

Review: I purchased 8 window and 2 door security doors from Medallion the white door and white window guards started rusting not the Black door before the warranty expired. I called and talked to the saleman he said I did not purchase the paint protection. I was never offerd this product which I found out they stopped making. I sent pictures to two different service managers which it see** they go thru alot. Both have said I have in email that they look terrible and they would ask for them to to repaired by the manager [redacted]. I was told it cost me 2000.00 to have Medallion come out and remove and repaint them. I sent emails with no response than weeks later I recieved a call and they sent out a site manager [redacted] very rude he said they would go down to 1500.00 and they would remove and repaint.

I had another window security conpany come out they said something was wrong with the paint Medallion applied. All my window and door guards are rusted all over. This company is not trust worthy they claim you will be satisifed in their ad guess what that another lie.Desired Settlement: Fix as promised without me paying I am not happy with their product.

Medallion iron products such as security and storm doors, window

guards, iron railing, fencing are covered from structural defects and damage for

a term of ten years. Paint warranties are guaranteed free of charge for 90 days

after installation. Paint services requested after the 90 day period will be

subject to service charges.

Review: II have made several attemepts to advise (Medallion) of a hazardous condition. I just engaged in a conversation [redacted], Service manager and again informed him that a security door that I very recently purchased is severely defective. The security door is made primarily of glass and it has become loosed and poses a danger to myself and/or any guests that would come through the door. The glass is about to fall out of the frame and it causes me great concern and poses a tremendous threat. I am not getting the satisfactory responses to my inquiry of when someone will come to look at the door for the purpose of making repairs and/or having the door replaced.Desired Settlement: A new door.

Review: In July I received new windows and a new door and security screen door from Medallion. When the sales agent came out he assured us that we would not be billed until we signed a letter that certified that the work was completed and satisfactory to us. We did not sign any such letter for the following reasons:

1. The initial install of the door was sub par. The contractor had to come out 3 times to fix the shoddy craftsmanship.

2. Since the initial installation in July, the screen door has broken four times- door will not shut, handle falling off etc.

3. One of the security latches on my sons bedroom window has already broken and it has not even been 90 days since the window was installed.

I have left several complaints and even requested a supervisor come out to view the work and the issues. Every time someone comes out to look at the door it is the same contractor who initially installed the door, and all he has done is bandaided the problem. I have complained on more than four occasions, and spoke with the same person [redacted]. I complained 3 times in July, 1 time in August and recently in September and twice in October. In July, August and most recently September 29,2013, some one has come out to fix the door and it is still not working properly and is falling apart. I made several calls the week of October 5, and 12 and most recently have not received a return call or a response from a supervisor. The door is currently broken and I have video footage of the broken door and my husband trying to repair it because we were actually locked in our house because the handle fell off for the third time.Desired Settlement: I would like an adjustment to the amount that we have paid and the storm door replaced. I would also like the broken latch on my sons bedroom window fixed.

Response:

Medallion is currently working with **. [redacted] to resolve her door and window issues. Medallion is makeing every effort to schedule her service for this coming Friday, Nov. 15, 2013. However, she needs to be present at the time of service to ensure all of her issues are rectified upon completion.

Review: On Friday, 19 April we sustained damage to both sides of our fence during a thunderstorm, in addition to posts that are severely bent at the bottom. This is the second time in six months that we had damage to our fence and in both instances we lost several panels of fencing. The first time we sustained damage to one side of the fence in October 2012. In which we were told and paid $1100 to have the fence repaired, as well as a $1000 insurance deductible. During this time, we received no written estimate nor did we ever receive a receipt for payment of the repair. We purchased and paid for the fence in July 2011 in the amount of $11800, and it was installed in October 2011. At this time, we were told that the PVC fencing we purchased was sturdy and strong and can withstand up to 125 mile an hour winds. The wind gust during both storm events were no where near this level. We also understand that the panels are to provide flexibility and give to allow wind to pass through, and this isn't occurring since we lost panels in both instances Additionally, the fence posts are hallow so there's no weight that provides stability to prevent the fence from leaning and/or falling over. My husband e-mailed pictures of the fence damage to the company and subsequently spoke with a representative who informed him that it would now cost us $3200 to repair, although this is the second time in six months that we had the same side damaged during a storm. On 3 May, a company sales representative who actually sold us the fence came by (after a phone call from my husband) to survey the damage. During this visit, I expressed our frustration about having the fence damaged for a second time, having to pay for the repair, the amount we were told we'd have to pay for the repair, and another $1,000 deductible. He was given all of the insurance claim information, the insurance adjuster's name, and telephone numbers to follow up with written estimates for reconsideration and review of the insurance claim. This information was e-mailed directly to a company representative at this time who we believed was going to follow up with us and contact the insurance adjuster with information regarding the repair costs.

On 6 May, we mailed a registered/certified letter addressed to the company president requesting him to contact us directly regarding the matter. To date and as of today, 14 May it'll be almost one month on Friday, 17 May since we reported the damage to the company, and we've heard from no one regarding the repair to our damaged fence. This is totally unacceptable given the fact that we've already shelled out a total of $3,100 in insurance deductibles and payments. We've been patient and are asking for this matter to be resolved in an equitable manner.Desired Settlement: Perform the necessary repair to the fence and the base underneath the fence without any additional costs to us as a consumer to prevent future and further damage from occurring, including installing the proper stabilizers in the fence posts for reinforcement (which should have been performed and included during the initial installation in October 2011) given the information we were told about the fence quality and structure against strong wind.

In response to **. & [redacted]. [redacted]'s compliant concerning Medallion's cost of service to repair their vinyl fence Installed by Medallion back in Nov. of 2011:

Review: In 2009, we purchased 22 windows and 2 patio doors from Medallion [redacted] and Doors (salesman [redacted])n for $13,600.00. The windows came with a “transferable lifetime limited warranty” and we were told by **. [redacted] that if we had “any problems” we should contact him and/or Medallion [redacted]. Over the past 6 months we have noticed that more than half of the windows have developed a rainbow colored film so we contacted Medallion a couple of time earlier this year to have the windows repaired. The sales person "**"at Medallion informed us that they no longer sold the windows as the manufacturer had declared bankruptcy and they (Medallion) no longer honored the warranty agreement. He further stated that we should contact the window manufacturer - - the [redacted] company to try and resolve this issue. We have contacted [redacted] (now called [redacted]) several times to no avail. We purchased the windows from Medallion on good faith and we believe that they should honor the warranty and purchase agreements since they were the company that sold the windows to us. Medallion came to our house not [redacted] and presented the windows to us as the "highest quality windows better than their competitors [redacted]" only to have them relinquish themselves of any responsibility, accountability or liability for the windows. We believe that Medallion should stand behind their product as they did when **. [redacted] came to our house with his window samples and product demonstration on the merits of this product. As we are concerned that there is a defect with all of our windows and we will eventually have the same problem with the other windows, we believe that Medallion should be required to replace all 22 of the windows. Please advise as to how we can have this issue resolved.Desired Settlement: We believe that Medallion should stand behind their product as they did when **. Response:

Medallion understands **. [redacted] is unhappy. Unfortunately, issues outlined in **. [redacted] complaint fall outside of Medallion's 1 year installation/labor warranty period, which goes into effect upon completion of our installations. Once the warranty has expired, the manufacture's warranty then covers all defects or issues related to the product, as was explained to **. [redacted] by **, one of Medallion's customer service reps. When a manufacture is no longer in business, any and all warranties, including limited lifetime, expires along with the manufacture. Medallion has never and will not in the future absorb or cover the manufacture's warranties once they go out of business. If **. [redacted]4:31 PM (16 hours ago)to meThe acquisition of [redacted] back in 2009 by [redacted] & Widow coincided with the time of **s. [redacted]'s purchase, which Medallion had no knowledge of at the time. When a company files bankruptcy, the company isn't closing down or going out of business but submittinga proposing of reorganization to keep its business alive while paying it's creditors over time through the courts. In most cases when a company acquires another company, the purchasing company assumes all liability of the acquired company's warranties. Medallion is in no way responsible or assumes the liability of any manufacture's warranties when they go out of business, past, present or future.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

I don't understand how a company can solicit a contract with a customer and not be held liable for issues that occur with their product. Further, how is it that a company (Medallion) can be in relationship with a manufacturer ([redacted] -[redacted]) and have no idea of their financial standing or stability and still support their product until there is a problem and then wash their hands of any responsibility or obligation to honor the warranties associated with their product? If this is indeed the case, then it seems to me that any company can knowingly sell defective products to consumers, make a profit from the sale when they know that they will not be held accountable for any issues associated with the product once the sale is final. I still strongly believe that Medallion has some responsibility in the resolution of this issue. Please advise on options I have to get this matter resolved.

Regards,

Review: In 2009 I paid for some windows to be installed by Medallion Security Door and Window Company. In early 2013 I notice some type of reddish stains in the middle of the top double pane window sash that I had no access to clean in most of my windows. I called Medallion to have someone come out to inspect the windows for this issue. After many attempts I finally got someone to call me back only to leave a message stating that the sub contractor that Medallion used for this purchase and install, which I didn’t know was a sub contractor installation, had went out of business and if I wanted some type of replacements call back for pricing. The windows I purchased had extended warranty and only been in for 4 years. I called multiple times over several months trying to get some type of resolution. Finally, after about 8 months of phone calls attempts in October 2013 I decided to personally go into the company to get some type answer and what was the company going to do to resolve my window issues. I found out that the person that was supposed to call me back (Bob) was fired due to poor customer service. I met with his replacement Charlie to assist with this issue. Charlie told me the same thing that Bob told me that the company they used for this job went out of busy and open under a new name and are not backing the issues that cause under the old name. I told Charlie that paid Medallion and that the warranty issue should be handle regardless of who Medallion used to complete the job. Charlie came out a week later to take a look at the windows and called and told me he saw the issues and would try to find a company that would match the existing bottom window grid as close as possible and would get back to me. It’s now March 2014 and still have not heard from Medallion. This very poor customer service and for someone to pay over $8000 dollars for windows that have issues 4 years later is ridiculous and poor quality. If you pay a big box store for a service the big box store should honor their warranty regardless who they sub contract the work to. Which I didn’t know it was sub-contracted out at the time of the install.Desired Settlement: I would like exchange of product or refund money for purchase of new windows.

Business

Response:

I believe what [redacted] is referring to when he says the company/subcontractor Medallion used for the job is the manufacture we purchased the

windows from, [redacted]. [redacted] went

out of business back in 2009 when they sold the company to [redacted] Windows. Any manufacture

warranties that were in place prior to their going out of business or being

sold are no longer in effect. Medallion’s one year labor warranty is no longer in effect

because [redacted]’s vinyl windows were installed back in 2009. Any issues

with [redacted]’s windows beyond 2010 are the responsibility of the

manufacture and not that of Medallion.

As a policy, Medallion does not absorb or take ownership of

a manufacturer’s warranties when they go out of business. However, when a situation like this arises we

offer a reduction in price on replacements or we provide the name of a window

repair company if they opt not to purchase new ones.

As a good company, we never refuse service to our clients

and make every effort to resolve whatever issues they are having. If [redacted] has any questions, he can contact our service dept. at ###-###-####. Mike M[redacted]Office Manager

[redacted],

As stated in my complaint I paid Medallion for the windows, so as a customer Medallion would be doing the install is all I would know. To sub-contract out and the company they choose goes out of business is not my concern or not who I paid for the service. I gave Medallion thousands of dollars to provide a product and warranty, which is not be honored at this time.

v/r,

Review: I purchased an iron fence from Medallion security door and window company of Maryland for the price of $5,600. The sales representative that came to my residence misrepresented the facts. I specifically stated that I wanted a 6' fence across and the gate area to be the exact same height. The representative stated that the gate area could not be the same height because of a "State" law which prohibits the fence going across the front yard to be 6' which I have later found out to be a false statement. when I contacted the company it was stated that because the yard also slopes, which it does not. I personally contacted the representative, [redacted] to discussion my dissatisfaction and he assured me that he would correct the problem and install a 6' fence going across which would make it even with the rest of the fence but when I contacted the company they refused to make good on [redacted] statement and wanted to charge me an additional $1200. [redacted] has since been unreachable to discuss this matter. It is puzzling to me why the sales representative took this action and the company refuses to correct the problem without me putting out additional funding.Desired Settlement: my desired outcome would be to replace the front gate area make it the same height as the fence going across the yard, if they refuse to perform that work, I would like a partial refund for the misrepresentation of the facts and refusal to correct the situation as I was misled as to the Maryland specifications on how high the

fence facing the front yard could be. A representative representing a product with false information is very distasteful and the refusal to correct the problem even though their employee gave false information as to why the gate area fencing had to be 4ft when the rest of the fence is 6ft.

Business

Response:

Medallion installed [redacted]'s fence, per contract. There was never any deception on Medallion's part. Medallion did offer to changeout her 4' high fence to 6' at an additional cost, which she refused.

The sales person at Medallion is very aggressive and targets senior citizens with the pitch of 0% interest for 5 years at a "low payment of $83 a month" for a security storm door at a cost of $5000. This is crazy! Me and my senior citizen mother almost fell for it. I called to cancel 1 hour after the sales person left my home and he called back to acknowledge that I wanted to cancel but left a message on my cell that I should reconsider. He proceeded to run my senior citizen mother's credit and Well Fargo sent the credit card in the mail with Medallion as the product with a $5000 credit limit for a door that clearly does not cost $5000. I had to sit online for Wells Fargo service to close the account. The sales person at Medallion is dishonest and does not care at all about senior citizens being in debt on a limited social security income. I spoke to the General Manager and he was apologetic and said he cannot control every one on the sales staff. The sales staff consist of 2 people so this was a poor excuse. Watch out before doing business with Medallion!

Review: I paid $9,000 for 4 security storm doors and within a week I asked them to come back to adjust the closures. The salesman, [redacted], told me I could do that myself but I told him after paying as much money as I did for the doors, I deserved customer service until I was satisfied. He said yes ma'am and said he would come out on Saturday. He asked me to call him to remind him, which I did. He never showed and stopped answering my calls. I then called the office and complained of that and described how the doors now do not close properly. After speaking with another supervisor, [redacted], I was assured they would come out. Again, I am sitting here waiting well after they promised to be here and yet again no one has showed or called.Desired Settlement: I would like my doors to be fixed so they are properly closing and an adjustment to my bill to accommodate me for my inconveniences of waiting two days for repairmen who never showed up or called. I would also like a written warranty as I was promised but never received.

Business
