I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12243935, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.That would be great.  It sucks that I have had to go to all of this trouble for what I feel should have been obvious to whomever I was chatting with online.  Will my online bill on the Mediacom site show this correction?  And if so, when?

Attempted contact 6/29 and 7/5 phone number not working due to pending order to install. Waived all install fees for connection 99.99 Triple play install and 10.00 activation fee for issues getting everything installed in a timely manner. I accepted their response bu als expressed to them their total lack of quality customer service. If I had not been under a contract plan with them I would have cancelled service.

Mediacom miscalculated my adjustment

I am on the phone right now with Mediacom and they can see the error but don't know why it happened.
My bill is $51.93 and the credit was $172.75. I should have a credit of $120.82. Mediacom shows a credit of $114.00.
Allegedly the $6.82 will now be deducted from my bill, but Mediacom called yesterday and told me that all the credits I had been "given" up to that point were disapproved. I wasn't given the credits I had been promised by Mediacom until I demanded to speak with a supervisor member of management.
I want someone from Mediacom to call me and let me know that my new balance is a credit of $120.82 (not $114.00) before I close this complaint.

We placed a Bury drop esc. cats form and also Sent an email to local tech ops supervisor to get the bury drop moved up and done asap. Called customer this morning and Left a voicemail w/ that info and noted account.

The line is not yet buried so I don't want my complaint resolved. They have told me this many times but I still have a cord running through my grass and flower beds.
