How and why did the business ascertain that my computer was at risk? Why did their pwindow have a sound alarm and freeze my computer unless I obtained help? Why was their help phone number conveniently next to Microsoft Windows Support? Why was I led to believe that if I did not get the "security problem" resolved I would lose my important information compiled? Also, a remote access program "LOGMEIN" was installed to give access to "Live PC Expert"Remote access was also TURNED ON in the windows security section Why? I am very curious to know how their "ransomeware" got in my computer to deem the computer at risk! For the above concerns I reject the business response

We have received comments made by Ms. *** * *** our esteemed customer, regarding our services. Please allow us to put forth our points prior to declaring us fraudster. Our association with Ms. *** D *** started on 03/27/2016 when she had agreed to subscribe our specialized tech support service. We were informed that her computer hadn't responded and subsequently one of our technicians took remote access of her system in order to diagnose the issue. As expected, the system had problems which our technician resolved. Meanwhile, the customer was informed about the development and she had even assessed our claim only to inform us over phone by calling us that her computer was working fine on 03/28/2016. It is Live PC Experts' policy to give our customers the opportunity to seek our support to resolve issues of their PCs during the tenure of subscription. Although we have resolved the problem faced by Ms. *** D ***, yet she is disappointed with our service. We sincerely regret we fell short of our commitment in this instance.. As a good gesture, we still offer one year of free service on any of her system. We trust the action taken by us will bring a sense of resolution and satisfaction concerning this matter. We were informed that her computer hadn't responded and subsequently one of our technicians took remote access of her system in order to diagnose the issue. As expected, the system had become infected with a nasty virus which our technician had removed it in no time. Meanwhile, the customer was informed about the development and she had even assessed our claim only to inform us over phone that her computer was working fine on 7/14/2016 at 12:12 AM IST. It is Live PC Experts' policy to give our customers the opportunity to seek our support to resolve issues of their PCs apart from virus attack during the tenure of subscription. Although we have resolved the problem faced by Ms. Kimberly White, yet she is disappointed with our service. We sincerely regret we fell short of our commitment in this instance. Therefore, we have decided to refund the entire amount of her subscription, which should reflect in her account in few days. As a good gesture, we still offer one time free service on any of her system. We trust the action taken by us will bring a sense of resolution and satisfaction concerning this matter. Revdex.com:This company is a complete scam and should be investigated by the attorney general. They presented false evidence to the credit card company claiming their scam was legitimate business. Since I do not want to waste any more of my time I will accept the settlement of a refund for 449.99.

Based on the service contract that was duly signed by Schroeder, one of our certified technicians had taken her system on remote for diagnosing the root cause of the problem and resolving it eventually. The issue was resolved and the customer was fully aware of the development. Meanwhile, she had shared her satisfaction with us about the support she received through online chat and confirmed that her system was working fine.  Live PC Expert contact details were saved in customer’s computer desktop. Customer was briefly explained the features and benefits of unlimited software support for 2 years. The customer could have contacted us regarding any issue related to support as all the contact details of Live PC Expert was being shared with her. We might have taken some appropriate steps to ensure customer satisfactions as we are customer oriented organization. And we are still ready to process the refund if the customer call us. We are leading tech support company and we maintain 100 percent transparency and authenticity when it comes to catering top quality and affordable technical assistance to customers based in various countries.
