you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Special Mobility Services
Management Team has investigated this matter, and I recently spoke to this
consumer on May 22, 2017. I shared the following information with the client

Services call
takers do take notes and document client requests so there is a record of when
clients call and what their request was. The client and I have shared past
success in arranging service requests. In an effort to build upon these past
successes, and to improve consistency and overall client experience when
calling our company, Special Mobility Services has arranged for me to
personally assist this client or his proxy with future requests. Our Regional
Manager, Rusty K[redacted], is very sorry and asked me to communicate to the client
his apology for the client receiving a monthly bus pass when rides were
requested. Special Mobility Services has also removed from our records any
comments or documents referring to the client as being noncompliant with our
office.I closed the conversation by asking in regards to the letter
sent to your agency, was there anything else Special Mobility Services can do
for him. I was informed that this matter has been settled to the client's
satisfaction.Special Mobility Services is committed to providing all
clients a pleasant experience when interacting with our company. We look
