*My Experience*
On 7/10/21 I ordered a case of LRG Secure X-Plus briefs from Medical eShop Inc and was charged $62.91 via PayPal. At the time of my purchase and this review, their website claims the product is available and will be delivered by Standard Ground Shipping for $6.99. 2-days later I received an email that included the following message: "We would like to inform you that the item for which you placed the order is a non-stock, special order item and carries a lead time of 3-4 weeks." I replied that I would indeed wait, but was weary about wasting my time if the retailer did not keep it in stock and have a viable supply chain or distributor who did. Evidently they order directly from the manufacturer, which only has the XL size back stocked; With no further intent to produce the LRG size I paid for. They tried to bait & switch me for a different size, which I declined, requesting a refund. After that they stopped replying. I want my money back and see the product removed from their marketplace. Do not charge people's credit cards for orders that you cannot fulfill, and products you do not keep in stock or have access to. The definition of that is FRAUD!

I found this company online and called and spoke with their customer serviceI ordered several pieces of expensive medical equipment for my sonI had been asked for my son's measurements and I took them and emailed them backI received a [redacted] mattress ($3500) which was supposed to be the best for the skin and pressure relief (per their customer service rep)It is miserable and as hard as the floorIt doesn't matter how low I keep the pressure so I turn it off and he sleeps with the same old cheap $air mattress on top of itI received a [redacted] which was $and the saddle and leg straps were a size LARGEAgain...I SENT MY SONS MEASUREMENTS) My son only requires a medium.....but I made it work by adding a fleeece pad that cost me an addtional $Next and the biggest disappointment I received the vipamat wheelchair in a size medium.....my son is 5'10" and the chair is made for people below 5'He does not fit in the chairIt is too small I called and spoke with the same customer service repHe said they could take it back usedI said I had only opened it and read the book when I saw how small it looked and read the size requirements I did not even take it out of the boxHe lead me on for a week or two then finally said he needed pics of my son in the chairI had to assemble it and his therapist helped me try to seat him in itIt was too smallI sent the pics and they finally agreed to take it back but I was expected to pay the nearly $shipping fee!! I told them it would have to wait until I had the extra money and now they say it has taken too long so they won't take it backSo basically their mistake left me with a $5000+ wheelchair that we can not use

I found this company online and called and spoke with their customer service. I ordered several pieces of expensive medical equipment for my son.

I sent the pics and they finally agreed to take it back but I was expected to pay the nearly $200 shipping fee!! I told them it would have to wait until I had the extra money and now they say it has taken too long so they won't take it back.
So basically their mistake left me with a $5000+ wheelchair that we can not use.
