This e-store used false advertising to sell me a product and then refused to take it back. They cost me just under $2000. I highly recommend choosing a different, more honest local shop.
Review: The product I ordered stated on the website it includes a part called" STAY PUT POMMEL", that part was not included with my order and I was than told I need to pay for the part if I wanted it. I have a screenshot of the product at the time of order that clearly shows it says it comes with the " STAY PUT POMMEL".Desired Settlement: I would like the part what was disclosed as"included". I refuse to pay for something that was disclosed as "included".
