This gentleman awarded us the job after reading and signing the contractThen put a hold on project then decided to call later in season to get back on schedule with other schedules to meet we let him know approximate time we would be able to get to him. He was not happy that we were not
going to stop everything and do his project as we explained the scheduling and at that time he decided to cancel with the understanding of the contractWith a written cancellation we do a full refund or we do a half refund if materials have been purchased for the project. We been in business for over years and never has this been a issue we try to work with our customers and try to reschedule the work this customer to decide to agree and with out given us the benefit of calling has decided to disagree in this formatWe will be happy to talk with this customer

The company has had communication with the consumer and has rescheduled his job for the first of spring

This job had some extra ordinary unknown past home owner specials with concrete step /patio poured between 18' an 24' thick that was doweled into the foundation and poured around the gas line .It took some time but we able to put all the pieces of the puzzle together All issues were
complete with customer satisfaction , some miscommunication on time on both sides and the balance of weather and the cost of just being therewe are satisfied with the out come between this customer and our companymay we both have better understanding in the future

We have refunded these people thier money and explained to them why we could not get thier project

We do have a signed contract from you and on back it states NO refund at anytime will be given...Todd would be happy to meet with you to discuss any issuesWe have answered ALL your phone calls and emails.

We are behind due to weather and wet ground...we have responded to aqll messages by phone and or emailwe will be getting to this project in a couple weeks I will see if I can move it up as much as I can...sorry for the incoveinece Wendy
