Regards, I did not expect anyone yo drop everything & waited for over Months before I decided to cancelSince there were no responses to additional information I inquired about, any response other than we'll be there in two weeks, Since there was no work done or any attempt to notify me as when they would actually be there-- I cancelledSince I had to actually make contact by using different phones to avoid being completely ignored and after no response otherwise I had no other recourse but to avoid another reponse of "in about weeks" ,- I cancelled. I also did not receive a returned signed contract from them accepting their terms

there was no scheduling conflict as proposed in Todd Garrett's resolution, Garrett Concrete did not show to do the job.  Garrett concrete has not fully refunded our money, therefore our complaint is not resolved.  Garrett concrete and retaining wall is not a business that wants to satisfy their customers as there web site proclaims since this matter is not resolved after 7 months of refusal to talk it out with me.

The company has had communication with the consumer and has rescheduled his job for the first of spring.

I have not received a call from you regarding this matter if you could send me pictures I will gladly take a look at them to see what can be done if anything.  Please send them to [redacted] Thank you.

We will look into this in the Spring when the snow is gone!

This job had some extra ordinary unknown past home owner specials with concrete step /patio poured between 18' an 24' thick that was doweled into the foundation and poured around the gas line .It took some time but we able to put all the pieces of the puzzle together   All issues were...

complete with customer satisfaction , some miscommunication on time on both sides and the balance of weather and the cost of just being there. we are satisfied with the out come between this customer and our company. may we both have better understanding in the future
