This patients refund check of $was mailed out last week to themIt does take 4-weeks after receiving the claim back from the insurance companies to process everything through our system and get a check producedWe apologize for any delay

We apologize for the problems you have encounteredThrough Gateway (our system we run insurance) we showed patient had an unmet delectable and due to the unmet deductible we collected $at time of visitOn 11/we spoke to patients insurance company who informed us that patients visit will be covered at 100% and that patient should not of owed anything at time of visitWe then made a reversal back to the patients card on 11/of $

I visited MedSpring in Houston for two visitsThe first visit I did not receive any medication and only chatted with the DoctorThe charges for this visit were absurd! They actually charged me $just because I was a 'new patient'I truly feel that the practice of billing new patients at an "urgent care" clinic $is simply unethical
I have spoken with MedSpring about thisSpecifically spoke with Kathy, and her Supervisor DeidraNeither were willing to help in this situation
I would like everyone to know of the unethical, and in my opinion, borderline fraudulent practices of MedSpring Urgent Care clinic

This has been addressed

Med Springs in San Marcos, Tx needs to be closed down due to lack of knowledge to medical situations and inability to evaluate and professional serve an ailing publicThey literally told my daughter to leave the building even though she was profusely vomiting, unable to stand or stand light and excruciating headacheThey decided she was drunk or on drugsLuckily the staff at San Marcos hospital did further investigation and found she had a stroke, bleeding aneuyseumWhich sent her her StDavid's hospital in Austin, ICU for days

This issue has been resolved with the patient. Settlement reached was what the patient proposed

Revdex.com, I am writing to let you know that we have submitted all documents to the insurance company that the patient had asked us to submit. The patient will now need to follow up with her insurance company in order to get any type of refund. We received this paperwork on 6/20/17 and it needed to...
