Dear Revdex.com,Jim appears to be a bit mis-informed by his staff, my contract was set up for two payments on 8-and 9-(it didn't take me two weeks to pay) The first date I had with [redacted] did not go well, he spent the entire time talking about himself and asked me almost nothing about myself Although he was nice, I declined to go out on another date with him when offered by your office Yes, I have signed up for a year with your dating service for dates and a 7th as promised by Jordan for early drafting my bank account I've been with your service for of the months, and promised two additional dates by Jordan that never materialized Perhaps Jordan should stop promising date that he has no intention of delivering, along with being rude to customers The remedy I seek would be to start meeting/dating the men that Trac promised were in your database that were compatible with me No one signs a contract for dates within a year and would have an expectation of one date in the first week and no other dates within months.Best Regards,

Complaint ID # [redacted] With respect to the complaint above [redacted] ***I did respond to it several weeks ago and am responding againFirstly Ms [redacted] did get dates this is not accurately noted in your summaryShe went on one date after paying her balance owed (several weeks after signing up) she then filed this complaint one month later and months before the end of a one year contractFacts not in dispute ...She did not pay her balance until weeks after joining. She went on one date which he claims they had a terrific time and didn't leave until morning. She states she definitely went on one date but that it wasn't as great as he said. When she called in to receive more matches Jordan added another date to the agreed number of 6.These are all undisputed facts. Her complaint was filed months after joining and with months left of service and her complaint is that she wants more dates. We will happily fulfill the agreement and provide the dates she contracted for within the timeframe as originally promised. We trust this resolves this issue

With respect to consumer complaint referenced above [redacted] I am a bit confounded by this complaintThe complaint states she signed up on 7/31/for referral dates within a yearShe took approximately two weeks to pay for the service and she went on one date so farIt is my understanding from her referral ( [redacted] that her date went extremely well These statements are based solely on her original complaint to you and what I heard from [redacted] It appears from the tone of the complaint Ms [redacted] simply wants more referrals which we,of course, will clearly provideWe are however, more geared to finding people for long term relationships than just one and done datingTypically that means based on her attitude profile, interview with Trac and feedback from her dates we move toward finding the "right guy" and not just "a guy"It would appear that even her complaint states we provided match in the first weeks and that seems consistent with the contract terms she originally understoodAm I missing something here? I certainly wish to make every effort to resolve this but we are honoring the original agreement and don't know what remedy Ms [redacted] wants except for another date which we will provideI hope this helpsJim A [redacted]

At this time I cannot in good conscience consider this complaint to be 'resolved'Information in the business’s response is contradictory to what the representative told me over the phoneHowever, I was informed by the company representative over the phone on the 15th of September that I would not be receiving a refund, which is the first time the company has responded to the multiple refund requests that I have submitted since July I did request at the time of that conversation that I receive that information in writing but have not as yetI was told during the same call that I would not receive the service for which I paid until I resolved the complaint with the Revdex.comThat being said, the company has since contacted me via email to attempt to move forwardI have requested that all future communication with the company be handled by the representative promised to me at the point of sale, as I feel that the representative who has been dealing with me is both rude and abusive and I don’t believe as though I should have to accept abuse in order to receive a service for which I have already paidAdditionally, I have requested improved communication on the part of the company in the form of routine weekly phone calls, emails or text messagesI also feel that as a client, I am entitled to regular open communication and updates, even if an acceptable match is unavailableI should not be forced to chase down the service I have been promised under the terms of the contractOnce I begin to receive acceptable service in terms of matches, communication and professional courtesy in lieu of a refund, I will be happy to resolve the claim

Perhaps Jordan should stop promising date that he has no intention of delivering, along with being rude to customers. I am confused..
In my last conversation with [redacted] she told me she wishes to move forward but that she would be in Asia for a couple of weeks and that upon return we would begin matching her again. It seems however, she is still pursuing this complaint because that was just a couple of weeks ago. Is she back and wanting to continue, or am I still responding to the complaint about our rep.? I will gladly address any of her concerns just need to know which ones. If we are matching her we will start, If we need adjustments in the process we will also do that please let me know...

She did not pay her balance until 3 weeks after joining.
She went on one date which he claims they had a terrific time and didn't leave until morning.
She states she definitely went on one date but that it wasn't as great as he said.
When she called in to receive more matches Jordan added another date to the agreed number of 6.
These are all undisputed facts.
Her complaint was filed 3 months after joining and with 9 months left of service and her complaint is that she wants more dates.
We will happily fulfill the agreement and provide the dates she contracted for within the timeframe as originally promised.
