Company is getting away with advertising practices and strong arming customers into paying higher amounts then quoted on website They offer discount coupons and free shipping on products, ( then call a day after receiving your credit card info) with the claims that: " 1) they do not ship to your state, and 2) you do not qualify for discounts as quoted." Also they requested a personal check rather than credit card? Customer service rep, curses and screams at customers and then claims that, "you are getting nasty." The only thing nasty is the fraudulent actions of this company Guess, I should, "fking buy my Weber Summit S-grill from [redacted]  like Mr George their rep suggested!" At least they wouldn't switch the price and curse at me! This company is practicing fraudulent business practices and needs to be stopped

I made a purchase of a large screen tv on Sep Their website states free delivery and has praises from customers in Michigan, Minnesota and Florida I recieved a call from their number this morning and a man who did not want to identify himself, stated they would not honor my purchase I asked him why and he stated that it would cost about $to ship and that they don't ship to [redacted] I checked their website and it does not say anything along those lines I figured if they've shipped to states further away why is this a problem? I feel it is because I did not purchase any extended warranty I contacted customer service with my order # [redacted] The lady could not help and stated that someone would call me back They have not She said she saw my order in their system, but when I check my account with them it now says I have no orders I have the order confirmation email as well Thr guys who spoke to me said they didn't have to honor the order because

Ordered a Sony TV 1/26, got an email from them 1/asking me to call to "confirm" my orderCalled and was told they do not ship to my location in NYThis operation is supposedly located in NJLooks like they are collecting credit card info with no product to sell

I ordered a tv well over a month ago and have not received it and tried calling have to wait atleast an hour to talk to someone and then you get an attitude and no help no answers can't tell me about my order

Ordered headphones from East Coast TV's on 9/26/ Soon after I received an email that said I had to call them regarding the order I called and was passed around eventually to a man who simply said they were out of the headphone and they were cancelling my order
As of my writing this, 10/9/17, East Coast still advertises the headphones!
I can only see this as lying in hopes to bait-and-switch the customer later

On 9/12/16, they replied "Once this gets scanned into the local hub you will be receiving your tracking information...it usually takes 3-business days to get scanned into the local you should be getting that either tomorrow or Wednesday."
On Wednesday, 9/14/16, I wrote to customer service again - "Please cancel this order and issue a full refund immediately if it hasn't shipped yet."
On 9/15/16, they replied "Your has shipped and it is in transit you will be receiving tracking information later today."
It is now 9/16/16, and the order status still says "holding - awaiting tracking number." I have not received tracking informationI have alerts set u

The company is not giving me shipping confirmation tracking number, but stated in an email that my order has shippedSo, basically, they gave my order to a third party without any proof that they gave itTherefore, it cannot be trackedThey keep saying, "as soon as the truck scans it in the local hub, you will get a tracking number."
