I made a purchase of a large screen tv on Sep Their website states free delivery and has praises from customers in Michigan, Minnesota and Florida I recieved a call from their number this morning and a man who did not want to identify himself, stated they would not honor my purchase I asked him why and he stated that it would cost about $to ship and that they don't ship to *** *** *** I checked their website and it does not say anything along those lines I figured if they've shipped to states further away why is this a problem? I feel it is because I did not purchase any extended warranty I contacted customer service with my order #*** The lady could not help and stated that someone would call me back They have not She said she saw my order in their system, but when I check my account with them it now says I have no orders I have the order confirmation email as well Thr guys who spoke to me said they didn't have to honor the order because

Low prices but horrible customer service Ordered product in Feb, arrived weeks later but failed after days After finally getting a return label (days later), returned defective unit, told it would be swapped with new one, has still yet to show up (months now) Customers service always responds with "it'll be there next Thurs" Retracted payment with credit card company

Don't waste your time Some of the lowest prices on the internet, but you won't get that price They will find some reason to charge you more - mine was we don't ship to your state What kind of lame excuse is that?

They were the worst customer service to deal with when they actually answered the phone The tv and mount arrived separately and not when promisedThe mount was never shipped until I called to inquire/complainThey were rude on the phone and had no concern for our issuesJust awful experience!

They took my order and confirmed my address, but then made a routine call in order to try to up-sell, stating that despite what their website clearly states, they do not ship to ***, NV They then cancelled my order It's clear this is a fraudulent sales tactic

This has been one of the most dishonest and rude businesses I have ever had to deal with! I was strung along for four months after making the above statements and many many calls to this torture center called costumer service that must have been trained by *** **! I bought a 65" LG TV and after business days we were told we needed to wait before it would be delivered they said it was lost and they needed to reorder it if I wanted it, I said yes reorder it and I would have to wait the business days againAfter waiting pass the business days I called many many times and I was told that this time the TV was damaged and they didn't know if they would be able to get them any more but I told her it was still on sale on there web site she said that they would have to adjust thatI told her I wanted them to reorder it again and she hung up on meAnd when I went on there web site she immediately but the TV was still for saleI bought the TV for and now on there site it is on sale for *** *** *** *** *** Status: Closed

PS it is apparent that this in not a big deal for people to complain to you or even send out bad reviews or call the Revdex.comI Have invested enough time in this already to make a call to the Attorney Generals Office in your state that governs the laws to see if your business practices are even legal after all you are still selling the item that I had ordered on 2/11/and said that there is a two day before shipping (I was told that it could take up to days and I was ok with that) am I trying to scare you, not really but if enought people continue to bring attention to your unethical or illegal business practices it could possibly make the purchasing experience of the next customers not as frustratingPlease call ***

At this point in my communications I would like to speak with some one that is in upper managementThe correspondence with everyone so far has been poor and unproductiveI have not had one call back after I was told by several different employees that they would call me back concerning the problems with the shipmentI also have not received one written correspondence to my emails other then the one above that basically tells me to call the exact number that I have been calling without any results at all and I mean NO results but more of we will call you back! If you truly want the calls recorded for the purpose of QUALITY CONTROL for your costumers, then I would ask the upper management to listen in not only to mine but to others because I am sure this kind of treatment is not exclusive to meLastly I would like a written correspondence to my written emails so that there can be a paper trail of our communications, so that your costumer service department is heard accountable for there behavior, the last person I talked to said that they are a supervisor and that they would have to reorder my TV I told them to go ahead and reorder it and send me a email confirming our conversation and the reorder of the TV and you guessed it once again no email and no call or follow up! I have to believe that the owners of this company or if they have a board of directors knew how things were really tacking place in there business they would do something about it! I purchased a TV online on thru East Coast TVs on 11/28/After calling to confirm the purchase I was told it would take 21-business days to arrive unless I paid for Express Shipping which they said would take business daysI then reordeded the TV paying for Express Shipping ($139) as I wanted the TV for Christmas (then New Years and then Super Bowl) but still no TV or any idea of when it will arrive and have still not received my TV

Placed order 02Feb(Sony XBR75X850D) and told business day lead time to order from the manufacturer No problem since I wasn't in a rush They tried to get me to upgrade immediately, but I declined Three and a half months later (the past 1/months of which I've placed regular/almost weekly calls and received a consistent 'stuck in customs' response), I cancelled the order I was never billed for a purchase, but will be watching my statements

Company is getting away with advertising practices and strong arming customers into paying higher amounts then quoted on website They offer discount coupons and free shipping on products, ( then call a day after receiving your credit card info) with the claims that: " 1) they do not ship to your state, and 2) you do not qualify for discounts as quoted." Also they requested a personal check rather than credit card? Customer service rep, curses and screams at customers and then claims that, "you are getting nasty." The only thing nasty is the fraudulent actions of this company Guess, I should, "fking buy my Weber Summit S-grill from *** like Mr George their rep suggested!" At least they wouldn't switch the price and curse at me! This company is practicing fraudulent business practices and needs to be stopped

On Oct 14, I order a Epson projector I mailed a check to East Coast TV for the product which was cashed on Oct 31, I have contacted the business several times over the last weeks to find out about the order to be put off each time and told that it was sent to the distributor but no tracking information has been provided I believe this company is scamming companies into buying product that they have no intention of providing
