Meineke Car Care Center (Broadway)

We have only worked on this car on 3 separate occasions and show invoices totaling $1407.11. I can not find record of the additional $1500 in repairs and that may shed light on this situation if the customer can provide the additional documentation please. I do not have any record of doing any work...

that may cause the engine to fail. The bulk of the services that we have performed has been tires, brakes, steering, oil change, spark plugs, and a valve cover gasket. I did see that the car is 13 years old with 187,000 miles on it and we had noted that there was excessive sludge build up in the engine and oil leaks. It would not be unreasonable for this engine to fail given these circumstances but I do not know how it could be our fault.
