Horrible communication, they will do whatever they want with your home, not taking you into consideration. Very unprofessional. We found lots of mistakes very early in the construction. We voiced out our concerns to them, but had excuses for everything. You will never win an argument. They’re always right and you’re wrong. When we signed the contract we were promised a home that we chose and liked. Our actual home looks nothing like it. Not to mention the roof. Our biggest issue was the roof. Ever since we saw the framing on the entire house, we immediately knew that wasn’t the roof we were promised. Our roof is extremely low. Again, we voiced it out to them, and they got mad. They didn’t do anything about it, and just continued to do what they wanted. We’re supposed to have a vaulted ceiling in our living room, well, with the roof being extremely low, now we have the support beam right on our living room. We have no attic space. There is excessive over cuts/notches in the framing of the roof members. All due to the roof being extremely low. It is almost impossible to put insulation all around the framing. But again, they’re never going to accept their mistakes. They put a broken window in the front of our home. We Notified them about it, we were ignored, and they went ahead and still put it on. This are only a few problems I’m mentioning. I just wanted to let others out there know what they’re about. They will sweet talk you into signing the contract, promising all sort of things. But once you’ve signed, it’s a whole different story!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible communication. Very unprofessional. They hire the cheapest trades they can find so you get a very poor quality product. After nine months and only having framing done with many structural errors costing us a lot to fix we finally had enough. Expensive lesson learned. I would like to let others know so they don't make the same mistake we did.
