Dear Revdex.com, As the owner of Menas Realty Company, I personally called this client today and spoke with him I explained that we would have billed him a couple weeks ago, however, his paperwork was sitting in the wrong department He understood Secondly, we were previously told that he had received his parking permits, and today he says he has notWe promised to send them todayLastly, his fence is being fixed today The contractor had told us that they would fix it last week This client agreed to remove this complaint once he receives his parking passes in the mail Thank you [redacted] ***

I can understand how it must seem like this simple task is taking a long time. However, when you live in an HOA, things take longer because the Board of Directors are volunteers and they only meet monthly to review bids and make decisions. They are not legally allowed to discuss association business and make decisions in between meetings unless it is an emergencyRegarding your particular issue, this was on the Agenda for the August 16th meeting, however, the Notice for the meeting did not get posted in time. The Board is now considering holding the next meeting on August 25th. This has not yet been confirmed by all Board Members.
The Board is very much aware of your request. My manager, *** *** has expressed to them that you wanted this taken care of prior to the August meeting. Please know that the Board is considering having the wood trim removed entirely and simply having stucco insteadThis may be too costly, but they are considering all options

They been having their property owners at villa Bonita without no running hot water for the past two months being given the runaround

As the Agent for the HOA, we have encouraged the Board of Directors to invite the offending party to a Hearing which they will not do without some sort of proof of what is being experiencedAs the Agent, we can only do so muchIt is unfortunate that this situation is not being addressed by the Board, but as their Agent, we cannot make them do anythingWe can only advise them

certain issues, they may feel that other issues are a priority.  If you do not attend the Board meetings, I would encourage you to attend at least one, so the Board can receive feedback directly from you, a homeowner. I just checked with our Accounts Payables Department, and your community, Villa Bonita is financially stable. The documentation that Menas Reslty is asking for is impossible for me to get. They want me to see her smoking which I cannot do because now she smokes inside. They want me to see her dog barking which is impossible because I am not in her home. They want me to see the people making the loud noises in her apartment but impossible to do again because I am not in there.
 I smell the cigarette smoke and the pot smoke. I hear the parties through my living room wall and the dog barking.
 The one in charge of our HOA is a friend or at least a past acquaintance of the person in question because they used to work in the same property management company together. Because of that nothing has been done on his part.When I talk to the HOA they pass the buck onto Menas Realty and when I talk to Menas they pass the buck to the HOA so nothing gets done.Thank you for your time.
