IF MANAGEMENT IS NEUTRAL PLEASE TELL ME AND I QUOTE FROM [redacted] "ONE MISSED VEHICLE IS NOT CONSIDERED NEGLIGENCE," THAT IS OBVIOUSLY A BIASED STATEMENT. [redacted] DID NOT FACT CHECK THAT MY CAR WAS UNAUTHORIZED BECAUSE AND I QUOTE AGAIN FROM [redacted] "SECURITY HAS NO OBLIGATION TO CROSS CHECK SAFE LIST." PLEASE TELL ME YOUR PURPOSE OF SAFE LIST.  THIS IS NOT CONSEQUENCE, THIS IS CALLED NEGLIGENCE AND YOURE TURNING A BLIND EYE. PLEASE ADDRESS THE ISSUE IN REGARDS TO MENAS VIOLATING MY PRIVACY RIGHTS BY DISCLOSING MY PERSONAL MOBILE NUMBER WITHOUT MY WRITTEN CONSENT.

From the BUSINESS:Sent 3/6/2017 12:34:02 PM[redacted], Again, we take direction from the Board of Directors.  Management is a neutral party in this situation.  Every community has Rules and Regulations in which the homeowners must follow. If a homeowner chooses to not follow them, there are consequences.    Management does not make any of the decisions. The Board of Directors are volunteers.  They are not paid.  All matters must go through the management company. Management takes direction from the Board.  The security company, [redacted] Security was following directions provided by the Board of Directors.As indicated before, your request for reimbursement will be presented to the Board of Directors and their decision will be provided in writing to you. Sincerely,[redacted]President/CEOMenas Realty Company

Dear Revdex.com,
As the owner of Menas Realty Company, I personally called this client today and spoke with him.  I explained that we would have billed him a couple weeks ago, however, his paperwork was sitting in the wrong department.  He understood.  Secondly, we were previously...

told that he had received his parking permits, and today he says he has not. We promised to send them today. Lastly, his fence is being fixed today.  The contractor had told us that they would fix it last week.   
This client agreed to remove this complaint once he receives his parking passes in the mail.

Mr. [redacted],I can understand how it must seem like this simple task is taking a long time.  However, when you live in an HOA, things take longer because the Board of Directors are volunteers and they only meet monthly to review bids and make decisions.  They are not legally allowed to discuss association business and make decisions in between meetings unless it is an emergency.Regarding your particular issue, this was on the Agenda for the August 16th meeting, however, the Notice for the meeting did not get posted in time.  The Board is now considering holding the next meeting on August 25th.  This has not yet been confirmed by all Board Members.   The Board is very much aware of your request. My manager, [redacted] has expressed to them that you wanted this taken care of prior to the August meeting.  Please know that the Board is considering having the wood trim removed entirely and simply having stucco instead. THIS IS A FOLLOW UP COMPLAINT ID [redacted]. Upon email exchanges with [redacted], whom displayed zero professionalism & integrity, has stopped responding, [redacted] reveals that the guard has no obligations to check safe list prior to towing which I find absurd. [redacted] Security failed to perform due diligence by fact checking safe list to ensure this is indeed not a registered vehicle prior to towing. I pointed out to him that there was an unregistered vehicle parked on site with a stolen residential permit and security has evidently missed it. [redacted] proceeds to say one missed car is not negligence, as if it was no big deal & I find this to be very disturbing. That car parked near my home could have been a dangerous individual. It is ludicrous that my car was towed on second violation within 180 days, and nothing happened to that car with a stolen residential pass. Security does not safeguard each & every vehicle parked on my property to ensure it is a registered car. Furthermore, [redacted] reveals guards are not on site for all hours, the guard only makes 1 round per night. This leads me to believe that it was okay to have anyone illegally park on site after guards first & only round of the night, I brought this to [redacted] & receive no answer. I request for board members contact info, Samantha [redacted] states that this is privy information as it requires written consent & would not provide any board members contact info. How strange because they disclosed my personal mobile number to a community member without my written consent. In essence they have violated my privacy rights. [redacted] insists Menas assists the association in holding [redacted] Security accountable, based on the incident with the vehicle with stolen residential pass, I asked [redacted] to what kind of standards does Menas assist the association in holding [redacted] accountable & no response. As director, I asked how she feels about high turnover rate, new community manager annually- no answer from [redacted] did not offer to bring my case to boards meeting despite the fact that I told her I couldn't make it. She said she would only pass my contact info to the board. I want my voice heard and she is not guiding me to that direction. It is hypocritical that they refused to provide board members contact info to me because it requires their written consent yet she passes my personal mobile number around without my written consent. [redacted] and [redacted] and Menas all ignored my questions and concerns. No one knows how to take accountability nor responsibility. All they do is push the blame onto others, [redacted] insinuated that I was seeking preferential treatment and I find that very insulting. They prefer sweep problems under the rug, I pointed out the vehicle with stolen residential pass and [redacted] brushed it off like nothing. Reimbursement is ideal but at this point its a lost cause. Sadly their low retention rate at that Menas indicates its a terrible place to work at.
