With all the rain we have had here in Oklahoma we ended up having water come into our air ducts, called a couple of companies to come out and give an estimate of converting from floor vents to ceiling vents, first came out and gave a quote no problem Service Experts come out and first criticized the size of the unit stating too large and needed to be replaced (unit only yrs old), said could not convert coils and a whole new system would have to be installed My husband told him that another company Interstate Heat & Air said they could, my husband was then told that they could do it, which is when my husband thanked him for coming out He also made a couple of other unnecessary remarks about the other company Not Professional at all Talk about adding insult to injury

Keith was the technician assigned todayOn time, friendly, and especially good at reporting what PM he accomplished and really good at explaining what to think about as the unit ages

I recently had a new home built back in by a well known builder in a new developing subdivision After moving into the home I experienced a lot of issues with maintaining comfortable temperatures in the home during winter and summer After finding that the rest of the neighborhood was having the same issues, I contacted the contacted the builder and had them come out to re-evaluate the HVAC system After multiple visits with the HVAC contractor that installed the system I was told that my system was built to spec of the home and they would do nothing about the issues After numerous complaints from the whole neighborhood the builder sent out TML to re-evaluate the previous HVAC contractor's system.TML took it on themselves to make it right with me and upsized the remaining condenser outside This new item has seemed to do the trick The builder was the one at fault not TMLI am blown away at the level that TML was willing to go to make sure that I was happy with my system

I became a customer of Service Experts in when they replaced my complete HVAC system My last contact with them was December 5, for my winter checkup My technician was Bobby C [redacted] and I can't say enough good things about him, He was prompt, courteous explaining to me everything that was been done to guarantee a warm winter with no shutdown surprisesHe certainly brings a high degree of integrity and is a value added employee to his company I look forward to many years of excellent service and would rate this company a five star organization

[redacted] on 12/14/performed maintenance on my furnaceHe presents himself as a very professional, technically qualified individual who does his job completely.I am pleased with the results and confident that my furnace will operate efficiently all winter

This review is for [redacted] , [redacted] , ON Dishonest practice....BEWARE!! (or maybe their accounting department is stupid) Everyone who has rented equipment and/or purchased home services since should review their rental contract and payments This company ripped off my mother for 6+yearsBasically, in when Ontario changed from GST to HST, this company did not deduct the old GST before applying the new HSTTherefore, my mother was invoiced tax on tax!! The monthly rental of $plus $(GST) for a total of $became $33.42....instead of $ This company overcharged my now deceased mother $per month for 70+ months I WONDER HOW MANY CUSTOMERS WERE INVOICED THE SAME WAY!!! DID Boehmers submit the excess taxes to the government....what do you think?

I want to commend the technician that did my ac chethis afternoon His name was [redacted] and he was very polite and thorough with his ac check He did his work methodically We had our ac replaced last year and have nothing but satisfaction with our new unit

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Calverley Air and Service Experts on a job well done on installing our new air conditioning systemIt has been one week now and the system is working greatCraig and his team did exactly what they promised to do, have us in new air conditioning in one dayThe team worked tirelessly and into long hours on one of the hottest days of JuneThanks fellasIt is rare that you find a company that is dependable and honest these daysI highly recommend this team and company for your air conditioning needs

I emailed a complaint to AC [redacted] Service Experts in Calgary Alberta on Dec 29thand have not been given the common courtesy of any kind of reply as of Jan16th My complaint concerns being gouged in the middle of winter for a furnace repair part that I later discovered Service Experts had charged me well in excess of 100% more than any other supplier that I called to compare prices C [redacted] was a fair and respected local family business for many years in Calgary until being taken over by Service Experts a number of years ago They did the initial installation of my furnace Since they are now registered as international & based in Texas, our local Revdex.com does not accept complaints and it appears they can operate with impunity here I feel strongly that their markup for parts amounts to gouging and I will not be doing business with them again

I will be telling you what went wrong with our visit from strand brothers to work on our ac unit i'm always watching their commercials on tv unfortunately i've been wasting my time we had problems with our ac on friday the 14th of july & so I told my husband why don't you go on ahead & call the strand brother, they look like they are a reliable & reputable group of people but low & behold you all came by & worked on our ac & charged us a hefty $plus for God knows what & then you all had the audacity to tell my husband that you would come by today, this evening to talk to us about getting a new ac system & that the $plus would somehow end up being credited to our purchase of a new ac system I hurried home from work because I was told you would be here at p.m well guess what happened, no one ever showed up representing the strand brothers, it was suppose to have been some "buddy" or something but to our surprise you never showed up I called the local # XXX XXX-XXXX & the so call receptionist you have answering the calls didn't seem like much either I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER & WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH STRAND BROTHERS AGAIN

We used Robs to service our Furnace when a switch failed in our Lennox furnaceOriginally they charged us full price and labor for the switch saying its not covered under warranty because we never had it serviced with their maintenance programWe later found out the maintenance program had nothing to do with the warranty and Lennox honored the warrantyWe complained through Revdex.com and they gave us a full credit immediately A month later we received a advertisement in the mail and the brochure said it's time for our seasonal tune-upIn the brochure it also said that the tune up was required to keep the manufactures warrantyThis is NOT TRUEThe manufactures warranty is honored weather you take the seasonal tune-ups or notI recommend using another service provider for your heating and air conditioning products as ***'s misleads their customers about warranty and service requirements to keep the warranty

my elderly mother requested a furnace inspectionWinnipeg supply recommended a new furnace and also said the chimney liner needed to be replacedWe know a maintenance man and his inspection showed: the furnace was working well, the chimney has a few cracks that can be repaired in the spring
Winnipeg supply tried to frighten an old woman out of $5,for needless repairs

Justin tech*** came out on Sunday and check out the unit that's wasn't working and he was on time and very professional about the way this job

My A/C went down at 6PM in the middle of a heat waveTechnician was there within an hourQuickly identified and fixed the problemVery friendly and professionalSecond time I have dealt with this companyGreat experience both timesWould definitely recommend them

After having a positive experience with this company in the past, I decided to use this company for a furnace "tune-up" service, hoping that I would proactively catch any issues as we moved into the winter monthsThe technician arrived at the scheduled time and found a worn beltHe and I didn't notice the replacement belt right beside the furnace and we ordered a new oneHe replaced the belt and within a week of doing so my furnace failedUpon calling this company again to have someone come out, they arranged an appointment in quick timeWhen the technician arrived, he complained about the drive to get to my house and before even testing anything was accusing me of not maintaining the furnace being the problem"We have no records of any maintenance" was what he told me and I informed him that I had recently bought the house and that the previous owners likely didn't use this companyHe was in the house less than minutes and told me that the motor was seized and that I needed a new furnaceI had to ask about other options as he was not forthcoming in offering any othersHe arranged for a salesperson to arrive later that day to discuss the purchase of a new furnaceAfter looking at options I decided to move forward with a new furnace based on rebate promises and telling me how much better it would beBecause I had a gas fireplace, I explained that this wasn't an emergency and would be willing to wait the two days before installation could be scheduledI had to personally follow up on the day when I thought that installation may be scheduled to find out whether it was or notI then had to chase down the "energy audit" professional to see if I could get them scheduled to come out to do an audit so that I would be able to get the promised rebatesThis took multiple days, multiple calls and I'm still not confident that I will get the rebate at all, but we'll seeThe installation team arrived as two technicians, but then dropped to one technician for the remainder of the dayI explained to both technicians that I did not want the old furnace or any parts removed, they could just put them to the side and install the new unitThe furnace was not able to be installed in one day with one technician and that tech told me that he didn't know when a team would be back out to finish the jobDuring the first run of the new furnace I noticed that my gas fireplace went outI tried to re-light it but couldn'tI was able to light it later that evening and noticed that when the furnace kicked on, the gas supply seemed to cut off to the fireplace and the flame / pilot went outI mentioned this to the tech, who felt it was not related and dismissed itHe had hooked up the furnace so that we would be able to get heat through the existing vents for that night, but there were parts missing and the noise being made by the new furnace was not goodI recorded this and have it documentedThe next day I received a follow up call and was told that I could have a team of technicians on-site to finish the jobThat second team of two showed up and completed the installation of the furnaceI had to work and was distracted and unable to watch these technicians, who went ahead and removed the old furnace, parts and even the pads the furnace was on! The installation was completed this day - and the resolution for running an exhaust pipe was actually a much better solution than the previous technician said we needed to do - so I'm thankful for thatI mentioned my fireplace to these technicians and they didn't seem to think it was related either, so it was again dismissedNone of the technicians checked the vents to see if heat was flowing post-installA day after I noticed that the house seemed much cooler than usual, even though the "new, fancy" thermostat seemed to be set at the tempYesterday I decided to go to the hardware store and spent $on a thermometer and come to find out that the thermostat is off by between to degreesThe furnace itself seems to be kicking on an off quite often, but not doing a heck of a lotBack rooms don't seem to be getting the heat they used to getThe fireplace is still out and this morning when checking on my sump pump I noticed that the output pipe was knocked away from the wall it was braced against and that the pipe was left in a disconnected stateNobody told me this happened and it could have flooded my basement had I not found this myself! I'm certain it happened while bringing in the new furnace or bringing out the old (even though I told the first team not to remove!)I can't help by feel like I've been taken advantage of at every turnI'm now well in debt for a furnace that I'm not happy with, service that was sub-par, and will likely not even get other items (rebates) that were promised as part of the "sale"I put sale in quotes here because when people are without things like a heating system in winter - they are vulnerable

Well first we purchased there best system they offered from Lenox the SLP Furnace packaged with the XC-Air conditioning, extremely expensive but assured us it was the way to goIts been a little over a year now and its gone down over timesI get alerts on my phone every time it goes down The Technicians are always different, most of them are nice but extremely overworked One technician had to ask for the owners manual since he didn't know what to do The customer service lies to you, I had an appointment between 8-10am and 11:and he still isn't hereI called and the dispatch said he had to "stop to get the part he needs for our job" Really he is stopping now to get the part, don't you load your trucks up before you go out for the day especially since its a pressure switch and from my research these go every few years on this systemanother added expense that's not covered by the warranty We called Lenox directly and they were no help, bottom line the system has expensive flaws and Service Experts needs to up there game and hire more peopleWe called them on a Friday when our system went down again, the service lady said they ad no one until Monday to fix our Pressure SwitchIts in the 30's at night right now and we have two small children with no heat for days and spent over $12,on a new system Do not buy from Service Experts or the 98SLP or XC-from Lenox

I will never call this provider again I called for the initial service Out the gate he was talking $worth of work I needed After the technician left I got a leak in my bedroom Called them, another $just to come out plus the other bull*** chargesHe claimed I needed all this work But, if he replaced the drain I should be good NOT I got the leak again They sent the same nasty technician Because, she stated, he understands the problem When he arrived he would not even go into the attack to look at the unit Kept saying I needed nearly $worth of work to fix the problem After spending nearly $with this incompetent technician I had a second opinion The company replaced a faulty switch that prohibited the unit from shutting off once it overheated and the water level in the drip pan in the attack was to high Not even $worth of work He also told me whoever came to service my unit didn't do a complete service the Freon was low among other things Imagine that after the Pardee technician stated that everything looked greatFor all I know he just stood in the attack and smiled at how he was getting over on me

Professionals every step of the way,I would highly recommend them for quality of workmanship and pride in their work.*** & Mike are the best

A Plus in Bryans Road, MD has recently come to my house to install a heat pump and water heater Mario, the tech who did our semi-annual inspection, found problems which caused me to need a new one Earl Bolden, the sales rep.,was able to determine which system I neededHe explained everything fully to my satisfaction I was able to get the system within two days The young men who did the installation (*** and *** also did an excellent job I would definitely recommend this company

I think they scammed me on my outside air unit they replaced a part and them it quit working so I bought a new unit it does work very well but in retrospect I don't think it needed replacement Had them come out to service my furnace and they said that they were going to condemn it because it had cracks in the heat exchanger and they wanted to replace it at a very expensive cost they would not light my pilot I did a lot or research on cracked heat exchangers and found out that carbon monoxide cannot enter a house through cracked heat exchangers another scam for them to make money I think they sabotaged my outdoor unit to make money I lit my pilot light by myself and the heat is running fine I have a codetector and it never went off, I will not ever use this company again
