Your company was hired to do a full house air duct replacement at our residence and projected it to be a "four to five day" job They began the project on June As of 4am on June 12, the job still was not done During the course of six days (without air), I phoned the company a total of four times to inquire about the job status Not once was a call returned to me We were told twice that the crew was being called away to service other customers because "so many people were without air"
The high heat index and high humidity during this time, although uncomfortable, are not the major issues of concern What is unacceptable is 1) the lack of commitment; i.e., being called from one customer to service another; and 2) the lack of professionalism; i.e., refusing to respond to customer inquiries We were told that because the other jobs were "paid by the hour" as opposed to ours which was a one time/one job price, those were priority due to higher revenue for company
The duct work took five hours to complete and air was restored on Sunday, June

With all the rain we have had here in Oklahoma we ended up having water come into our air ducts, called a couple of companies to come out and give an estimate of converting from floor vents to ceiling vents, first came out and gave a quote no problem. Service Experts come out and first criticized the size of the unit stating too large and needed to be replaced (unit only 3 yrs old), said could not convert coils and a whole new system would have to be installed. My husband told him that another company Interstate Heat & Air said they could, my husband was then told that they could do it, which is when my husband thanked him for coming out. He also made a couple of other unnecessary remarks about the other company. Not Professional at all. Talk about adding insult to injury.

I recently had a new home built back in 2012 by a well known builder in a new developing subdivision. After moving into the home I experienced a lot of issues with maintaining comfortable temperatures in the home during winter and summer. After finding that the rest of the neighborhood was having the same issues, I contacted the contacted the builder and had them come out to re-evaluate the HVAC system. After multiple visits with the HVAC contractor that installed the system I was told that my system was built to spec of the home and they would do nothing about the issues. After numerous complaints from the whole neighborhood the builder sent out TML to re-evaluate the previous HVAC contractor's system.TML took it on themselves to make it right with me and upsized the remaining condenser outside. This new item has seemed to do the trick. The builder was the one at fault not TMLI am blown away at the level that TML was willing to go to make sure that I was happy with my system.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Calverley Air and Service Experts on a job well done on installing our new air conditioning system. It has been one week now and the system is working great. Craig and his team did exactly what they promised to do, have us in new air conditioning in one day. The team worked tirelessly and into long hours on one of the hottest days of June. Thanks fellas. It is rare that you find a company that is dependable and honest these days. I highly recommend this team and company for your air conditioning needs.

Dishonest practice....BEWARE!! (or maybe their accounting department is stupid)

Everyone who has rented equipment and/or purchased home services since 2010 should review their rental contract and payments.

This company ripped off my mother for 6+years. Basically, in 2010 when Ontario changed from GST to HST, this company did not deduct the old GST before applying the new HST. Therefore, my mother was invoiced tax on tax!!

The monthly rental of $27.90 plus $1.67 (GST) for a total of $29.57 became $33.42....instead of $31.52. This company overcharged my now deceased mother $2 per month for 70+ months.

I WONDER HOW MANY CUSTOMERS WERE INVOICED THE SAME WAY!!!

DID Boehmers submit the excess taxes to the government....what do you think?

I want to commend the technician that did my ac check-up this afternoon. His name was [redacted] and he was very polite and thorough with his ac check. He did his work methodically. We had our ac replaced last year and have nothing but satisfaction with our new unit.

April X XXXX B j heating and cooling replaced my heating and cooling system and I was highly satisfied with the high degree of professionalism and quality work done in replacing my heating and cooling system done by Dave and Nathan thanks for a great job looking forward to doing business with B J heating and cooling in the future.

Bryant HVAC Covington KY...I had a furnace installed in my home a few weeks ago. I knew my old furnace was getting near the end, and finally it was time for a new one. The guys at Bryant Heating and Air in Covington KY made the process easy for me. It was all done that day. All my questions were answered and they installed it quickly. I bought a 95% efficient model and my home is a much more pleasant place to live. I highly recommend them.

I emailed a complaint to A1 C[redacted] Service Experts in Calgary Alberta on Dec 29th. 2016 and have not been given the common courtesy of any kind of reply as of Jan. 16th. 2017. My complaint concerns being gouged in the middle of winter for a furnace repair part that I later discovered Service Experts had charged me well in excess of 100% more than any other supplier that I called to compare prices.. C[redacted] was a fair and respected local family business for many years in Calgary until being taken over by Service Experts a number of years ago. They did the initial installation of my furnace. Since they are now registered as international & based in Texas, our local Revdex.com does not accept complaints and it appears they can operate with impunity here. I feel strongly that their markup for parts amounts to gouging and I will not be doing business with them again.

[redacted] on 12/14/15 performed maintenance on my furnace. He presents himself as a very professional, technically qualified individual who does his job completely.I
am pleased with the results and confident that my furnace will operate efficiently all winter.

Called Becht Heating and Air to get a furnace cleaned. A heavy set guy showed up in a Service Experts van. Walked in and was measuring humidity levels, I said I just want the burners cleaned and vacuum out. He said they had to follow protocol...15 minutes later he told me there was a problem, that there may be a cracked heat exchange which would release carbon monoxide and he couldn't proceed, had to stop. I asked him if he had a carbon monoxide tester, he said yes but refused to get it, saying he has to stop. Showed me on a small camera what could potentially be a hole in the future. I couldn't see anything but old sheet metal. Still had to pay $89 to not get my furnace cleaned. Called another company to come out and told them about heat exchange, he said it's easy to tell if it's bad/cracked because the flames would come rolling out. Of course it was fine. Becht/Service Experts is a bait and switch company. They try to scare the home owner by saying something dangerous like carbon monoxide and you could die. Avoid this company at all cost.

Keith was the technician assigned today. On time, friendly, and especially good at reporting what PM he accomplished and really good at explaining what to think about as the unit ages.

I became a customer of Service Experts in 2009 when they replaced my complete HVAC system. My last contact with them was December 5, 2016 for my winter checkup.

My technician was Bobby C[redacted] and I can't say enough good things about him, He was prompt, courteous explaining to me everything that was been done to guarantee a warm winter with no shutdown surprises. He certainly brings a high degree of integrity and is a value added employee to his company.

I look forward to many years of excellent service and would rate this company a five star organization.

I will be telling you what went wrong with our visit from strand brothers to work on our ac unit. i'm always watching their commercials on tv unfortunately i've been wasting my time. we had problems with our ac on friday the 14th of july & so I told my husband why don't you go on ahead & call the strand brother, they look like they are a reliable & reputable group of people but low & behold you all came by & worked on our ac & charged us a hefty $500 plus for God knows what & then you all had the audacity to tell my husband that you would come by today, this evening to talk to us about getting a new ac system & that the $500 plus would somehow end up being credited to our purchase of a new ac system. I hurried home from work because I was told you would be here at 7 p.m.. well guess what happened, no one ever showed up representing the strand brothers, it was suppose to have been some "buddy" or something but to our surprise you never showed up. I called the local # XXX XXX-XXXX & the so call receptionist you have answering the calls didn't seem like much either. I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER & WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH STRAND BROTHERS AGAIN....

Please pass along to Dave and Vance (out of the St. Charles, IL location...I'm in Warrenville, IL....although it seems Service 1 covers Chicago / metro) my thanks. They did it in a day under adverse conditions. Very impressed with their commitment to do the job on time, whatever it took. Above and beyond the normal call of duty.

We used Robs to service our Furnace when a switch failed in our Lennox furnace. Originally they charged us full price and labor for the switch saying its not covered under warranty because we never had it serviced with their maintenance program. We later found out the maintenance program had nothing to do with the warranty and Lennox honored the warranty. We complained through Revdex.com and they gave us a full credit immediately.
A month later we received a advertisement in the mail and the brochure said it's time for our seasonal tune-up. In the brochure it also said that the tune up was required to keep the manufactures warranty. This is NOT TRUE. The manufactures warranty is honored weather you take the seasonal tune-ups or not. I recommend using another service provider for your heating and air conditioning products as [redacted]'s misleads their customers about warranty and service requirements to keep the warranty.
