As far as I can tell they are criminals that take your money and never send the item that you ordered I strongly suggest that you avoid this scam company They do not respond to emails or phone calls

I saw on Facebook that this website was having a sale, so I decided to purchase three items (a necklace and two bags) back in JulyFast forward hours later and I did not receive an email that my order had been shipped, despite their claims on their website that "Orders ship within hours!"I contacted them, asking them why I hadn't received an email that my order had shipped and they wrote this: "the Hanging Cat Necklace, the order will ship by August 10th as stated on our websitePlease rest assured that you will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your package once the order ships." August 10th came and went and I still hadn't received my order, so I emailed them again, it was then that they informed me that there was a delay on one of the items and finally offered to split the orderI got the necklace, but not the bagsI feel like they completely forgot about the other items that I ordered and didn't bother to inform me if they were back in stock or notAs another customer put it, they don't bother to offer any compensation or discountsThey also failed to inform their customers when these things happenI recently emailed them asking for a refund on the items I never receivedIf they don't reply right away, then I will submit a customer complaint on this website Like other people have stated, I am very displeased with their lack of customer service and I will not be buying from them again P.Sto all those people out there thinking about buying from Meowingtons, stay away from this website and take your money somewhere else!! I ordered a ring that arrived on Jan 3, Loved the ring, but on March 7, the ring just snapped and broke in two while I was going about my daily business I contacted them about getting a refund or replacement; even sent them a picture of the broken ring They responded by saying that the deadlines for refunds and exchanges had passed already, but they did offer me a 20% discount coupon on some of their other items Right After all that, she signed the email with a "have a purr-fect day."

I recently made a purchase from Meowingtons On the website the prices were quoted in CAD, but on my credit card I was charged in USD Customer Support was zero help At first they insisted I was billed in CAD, which was not trueThen they said I was billed in USD which was the currency I was supposed to be billed in (also untrue), then I was told to provide a screenshot of my credit card bill and they would refund me the difference When I provided my screenshot of my credit card bill they then told me that I would not receive a refund for the difference because I was charged in USD and that was correct (it was not, I was supposed to be charged in CAD)I asked to speak with a supervisor who could assist and they did not respondAfter several days I requested a response only to be told they would not be refunding for the overcharge cause by being billed in USD instead of CAD
I had sent the screenshots showing that their pricing is in CAD and they wouldn't acknowledge it
Overall it was a terrible and defeating experienceI will never shop with Meowingtons again and I would not recommend it to anyone else either They won't own up to their mistakes and make it right for the customer
