I ordered a gift for a friend. Gift messages aren't offered, so there was no note about the item being a gift. The packing slip contained some message that implied my friend would be billed for the item if he kept it (even though I had paid for it). Thinking it was some sort of trick, he sent the item back. A few weeks past before I realized that all of this happened. I contacted Meowingtons to tell them what happened. They refused to refund my purchase because my friend didn't have a tracking number for the return.
I ordered two cat watches and some adjustable cat rings with green eyes. The watches cost less than identical items at a higher end boutique. My order came promptly and I am happy with my purchase that included a big discount. However, the so called original price is not reasonable.
As far as I can tell they are criminals that take your money and never send the item that you ordered. I strongly suggest that you avoid this scam company.

I knew they didn't have the best Revdex.com rating, so I was aware that I was taking a risk. When I ordered the items, I was told that it would take 3-7 business days to arrive.
Fast forward to a few weeks later, when my items had still not arrived. I was about to send them an angry email, but on 8/17/16, I got an email saying that my items had shipped. I was confused, as I had not been informed of any delay in sending my items, and the fact that it took them 2 weeks to even ship the items was not okay.
I received the items on 8/20/16, and though they got to me not long after shipping, I decided to send them an email to express my displeasure in them not telling me there would be a delay. They sent me back an email that could be summed up to "Sorry, our supplier had a delay," and didn't offer any compensation or discounts, our acknowledge the fact that all I was saying is that they should inform their customers when these things happen. I will not be buying from them again.
They have false advertising. It is very misleading. And when you call them on it - they don't reply. I definately would not reccomend this site to anyone.
First, take a look at their perpetual 90% off sale they have going on. I actually watched the holiday sale timer tick down, the one that says the sale ends in x hours and when it reached zero it literally reset to 24 hours. So this is blatant false advertising.

I received a facebook message of all things confirming my order. After that there was radio silence. Around December 18th I sent a message on the facebook chat (because it says to ask questions there) about when the order was shipped. No response. Christmas came and went and I sent an email to Meowingtons customer service asking for a refund because I had literally no idea if the items had shipped or if my order was canceled or what. They sent back a very unhelpful reply 3 days later saying that one of my items was out of stock and the order would ship when it was in stock which was in January. I sent back a reply saying I was filing a complaint with amazon and the ought to just cancel the order. Amazon refunded me after I assume they received no response from Meowingtons regarding the complaint.
The morale of the story? Don't do business with this company, it's a waste of time. And if you are going to risk it then go through Amazon payments so you can get a refund easily when they inevitably screw you.

Also, the ring I received (a 14K "gold" plated) began chipping off almost immediately, then one of the jewels fell off (after only wearing a few times). I also received a couple "pillows" that actually turned out to be pillow CASES (no filling). They responded by saying that I hadn't paid attention to the description (yes, in small print, says that the insert is not included). However, the pictures shows a PILLOW with insert inside, and is very misleading. I was told by customer support that I could find inserts at any local "superstore." Absolutely ridiculous.
The absolute worst customer service EVER!!!! Stay away from these crooks. Ordered cat earrings for 24.00 and they were so cheap. Absolute garbage. Should have went to Ebay or Ali Express where I could have purchased for 1.99. Sent 5 email requesting a refund and NO response. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Fast forward 48 hours later and I did not receive an email that my order had been shipped, despite their claims on their website that "Orders ship within 24 hours!". I contacted them, asking them why I hadn't received an email that my order had shipped and they wrote this:
"the Hanging Cat Necklace, the order will ship by August 10th as stated on our website. Please rest assured that you will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your package once the order ships."
August 10th came and went and I still hadn't received my order, so I emailed them again, it was then that they informed me that there was a delay on one of the items and finally offered to split the order. I got the necklace, but not the bags. I feel like they completely forgot about the other items that I ordered and didn't bother to inform me if they were back in stock or not. As another customer put it, they don't bother to offer any compensation or discounts. They also failed to inform their customers when these things happen. I recently emailed them asking for a refund on the items I never received. If they don't reply right away, then I will submit a customer complaint on this website.
Like other people have stated, I am very displeased with their lack of customer service and I will not be buying from them again.

Asked them to confirm yesterday whether the order is posted and the answer was that they will now post it on Feb 3rd and if I don't want to wait I could exchange for different items - NO THANK YOU! Please issue my refund!

So, I ordered on Black Friday from Meowington's and took a chance. I noticed at the check out that there were shipping choices for faster delivery. However, I chose regular shipping and I received my entire order the very next Wednesday! I was so happy! It compelled me to come back here and write a positive review.

I received my ring fairly quickly but when it arrived it was not the true size they claimed it was and the "gold" was bubbling on the inside. I asked to return it for a full refund but I see NOW (it is not at all made clear during purchasing) that they do not refund rings due to hygiene. All they offered to do was send me a new ring but that is pointless since it isn't the correct size anyway. I would steer clear of this site. Overpriced and unfair.
