This company trapped my mother into purchasing items from their store. They had her sign things she did not know the amount. They did not give her a receipt. They purposely separated us and got her in a room alone. She came out confused and left with lots of items. I asked her how much and she said "I don't know." We returned all items 1 hour later and they wouldn't take any returns. They were rude and non-compliant. We left all items at their store. We think this company is dishonest and others should know how shady their business practices are.

I am rejecting this response because: This company has taken $4500 and has all the product that we returned and has not credited our credit card. We have disputed with the CC company and they want us to work with the vendor. They lied in their response and we are trying to resolve this quickly and honestly.

We will proceed with legal action if there is not a resolution within the next 2 weeks.

We did resolve this whit the customer already

The saleswoman in question baited my brother into the store by telling him she would give him a “great deal” after he had told her he wasn’t interested. She was very aggressive in her sales pitch and wouldn’t take no for an answer. She then told my brother she would give him a whole bag of their product for $200. She told him how “smart” he was for taking advantage of such a great deal. Then she took his credit card and ran it for the $215 and then told him she would include a few different items for free, and ran his card for the other “free” items. He got home and had been charged a total of about $900. He went back to the store and they said there were no refunds, and that he had signed a contract. The employee now claims she never said it would be $200, but with my brother she had been very clear that the WHOLE BAG of items would be $200 total. She was extremely dishonest and scammed my brother into product he didn’t even want.

The customer sign on the receipt was aware how much you spent We will contact the customer and will help to resolve that matter

I was coerced info purchasing products that I did not need and could not necessarily afford. The manager, Barbara, offered many extra products in order to convince me to buy the one product that was over $1,750. Both her and her fellow employee convinced me that I needed these products to decrease acne and acne scars on my face and body. They both made feel as if I could not say no after offering a free trial of both the deep peeling and accompanying moisturizer and hand scrub. She also made me sign a voucher, describing that I would be able to receive future refills for free; however, because of this voucher, I was falsely given “gifts” that made it seem like I was getting a deal on the overall product that I purchased: an acne scar and wrinkle laser.

Situation was extremely uncomfortable as sales tactics used were very pushy; salesman would not take no for an answer, I was at kiosk for over an hour, & I felt trapped until I made a purchase. I didn't feel comfortable taking the items back to the kiosk as I was worried he would try & talk me into keeping the items &/or give me a hard time for returning it. On 5/10/18 my husband & I went to talk w/mall management hoping they could help mediate, but they were closed when we got there so we filed a complaint with mall security. I spoke with Dustie from mall management the next day who told me the company only accepts returns for 7 days & as of that day 9 days had already passed but that she would reach out to the company owner, Ben, on Monday. On Monday Dustie requested copies of my receipts, which I emailed to her. Also on Monday, 5/14/18, I spoke with Ben who said this was the first time he'd heard negative feedback about his store &/or salesman & reiterated they only issue refunds for 7 days. I asked him what harm would come from issuing a refund & he said no harm would come but he finds the fact that I didn't return the items back to the kiosk suspicious. When I told him why I didn't return the items to the kiosk he said this must be buyers remorse because there's no way the situation was uncomfortable. He said he could maybe give me a discount but needed to check w/someone else. I told him I wanted a refund. He said he'd get back to me in 24 hours. This was 5/14 @1:39pm & I haven't heard back. Someone selling lotion in the mall won't find the situation uncomfortable but not everyone has this fortitude. I have been treated for anxiety since I was a teenager. After telling the salesman no many times & have him continue to push, the situation was unacceptable & the only escape I saw was to purchase the product. The items weren't customized & they're still in the original packaging .. I have my receipts.. & it's only been 2 weeks.. Why can't I return them?

Thank you for contact us , the customer was asking about the return policy before to make the purchase, we explain the return policy to the customer , she agreed to make the purchase after 7 day she never come back , when she call customer service mall management the explain about the return policy, on she say it expensive to her we try to offer the customer a discount , And after so long we cannot do any return

I am rejecting this response because: This is not true. If I had known the return policy, why would I wait 1 day past the 7 days to contact the mall management & try to return the merchandise if I had known the return policy?

Correct, they did offer me a discount on the phone, but why would I take a partial refund for merchandise I purchased only 10 days before, that is still in its original packaging that they can turn around & sell for the original amount again? This is the only company I HAVE EVER purchased from that the person cannot return the product for a full refund. What harm will it cause the company? Absolutely none! & the manager admitted as much on the phone.
