On 11/7/14 we were hired to inspect the home at [redacted] by [redacted] for a prospective purchase. One issue found during the inspection was concerning the main electrical distribution panel. The inspector rated it in poor...

condition (our lowest rating) and commented "Exposed live wire ends noted inside the main panel; pose a shock or fire hazard. Recommend correction by a qualified electrical contractor to prevent possible injury or damage."
Ms. [redacted] contacted us on December 15th stating we had missed issues with the electrical panel. We went back to the house on two occasions, once with our own electrical contractor. What we learned was, Ms. [redacted] and her realtor elected not to have the distribution panel corrected prior to closing, nor to even get an evaluation and estimate by an electrician. They chose to send our report to someone who gave them a quote over the phone. The Realtor told us she got the seller to pay for correction.
After Ms. [redacted] closed on the home, a qualified contractor did an evaluation and found an abandoned recessed panel behind the surface mounted one. In our conversation with him, he quoted $300 to correct. We explained to Ms. [redacted] that because we rated the electrical panel as poor and recommended correction, and because she chose not to follow our recommendations, neither our guarantee nor our E&O insurance can be used to cover costs.
Ms. [redacted]e called on 1/2/15 and demanded we return her $490 inspection fee. She informed me that her father once worked for the Revdex.com and if I did not return her inspection fee, she would file a claim and they will make me. She has also posted these allegation on social media.

My mom just purchased my new GLS450 at 8:00 p.m. April 12, 2016, when my father and I go through the bill of sale, we found there are extra services which been added to our bill. My mom’s English is not that good, and the Finance Manager name Frank [redacted] didn’t explain all packages clearly to my mom. He just pushed my mom to sign all paperwork to sell all additional packages which my mom didn’t know they are additional cost. We went to the dealership to meet the Finance Manager in the early morning on April 13, and required to cancel all Protection packages and maintenance packages which my mom didn’t understand they are additional cost for us. He didn’t help us out, and he said the paperwork already send them out. There is nothing he can do. However, the dealership has 3 days cancel policy, and I send him a email to require canceling all protection packages and maintenance packages which we don’t need on April 13, 2016. He never responded me on email, and never helped us out. I called him a lot of times, he always said that he will find someone called me back to deal with it, but no one call me back ever. We are your client, and we are loyal customer with Mercedes Benz. You can’t do that because we are [redacted] or we are [redacted]. Please cancel the services, we didn't authorize to add these services to our new GLS450, my mom don't think fully understood what the Finance Manager were doing that night, nor the Finance Manager explained to my mom completely.

It is always our intent to satisfy our client. We put this vehicle through the shop and performed a multi point inspection. We met the state requirements regarding the safety inspection and operation. The exhaust in question passed all the states requirements as well. This vehicle was not a ...

Honda certified vehicle as we do not offer Honda certification. We sell our off brand vehicles "as is " and offer a conditional 3 day return policy.  We would be happy to discuss the situation with the customer.

Cusotmer has been contacted and a resolution is at hand.

Mr. [redacted] has not shared the whole truth with you. I conducted a home inspection as
stated. Lying on the floor, in front of the fireplace was a blanket, covered in dog hair.
There was a very old dog in the back...

yard that tried to get in each time I entered the rear.
I assume the blanket was a bed for the old dog to be comfortable.
When inspecting the fireplace in this room, I stepped back on the blanket, to learn that a
painting was upside down under the blanket, totally concealed. I set both against the wall
opposite the fireplace and emailed the sellers agent. When Mr. [redacted] called I told
him to get a quote and we would discuss what was fair. He explained that I should be
able to get him money from my insurance company.
When he sent me the $650 estimate, I asked him what he felt was fair for me to pay. He
said all of it, he had no responsibility. I was willing to pay up to half the amount, but he
threatened me and said he will get his money.
We do not intend to pay him or be any part of this plan he has set forth.

Good Morning,
We have again reviewed the issue Mr. [redacted] has with his 2011 E350. We are willing to extend Mr. [redacted]'s certified  preowned warranty on his 2011 Mercedes-Benz [redacted] The extension will give Mr. [redacted] an additional two years of Mercedes-Benz Certified Preowned Coverage. We need to handle the paperwork as soon as possible. Mr. [redacted] can contact me to schedule a time to visit the dealership.

In addressing what Mr. [redacted] states is his main problem that he never asked for any warranty. He was shown a base payment for his vehicle purchase and a number of warranty and protection products that we offer our customers. He reviewed the options and he selected the five items he wanted. He then circled and signed the payment option included the cost of the products he selected. After the fact he requested to cancel the products. We where able to cancel three, but the appearance protection and windshield protection are applied products and can not be removed or cancelled. Mr. [redacted] recieved copies of all his selections and copies of the product information that shows that they can not be cancelled or refunded. If Mr. [redacted] would like for us to send him copies of the menu's he signed we will be happy to provide that information to him

sold by Gerald Netters as a CPO vehicle in 2013. According to deal scan it was a clean Carfax. However on 5/2015 it was reported to Carfax that the vehicle had been in an accident at an unspecified previous date. When the client returned to us he said a dealer had bid it...

for less as a result of the Carfax. We then offered a very aggressive purchase price and trade in value to match as good will. The amount at the time exceeded the amount the other dealer had devalued it for. In addition we extended that amount as a buy bid to the dealer of his choice. We also attempted to trade him out of it but if I recall correctly his obligations and payoff amount prevented us from offering him  agreeable terms . I do recall a scenario where we also extended him assistance in service for an issue with the car that was not covered under warranty.

I'm not clear on Ms [redacted] request of $400 however,the complaint of us damaging her convertible topis false.The top is a prexisting problem that dates back way before us,
