[redacted] was here with me on Saturday We did explain to the clients that this is an aftermarket company that handles the warrantyThe vehicle was purchased AS IS and according to Ct law is road safe We are assisting [redacted] with a satellite radio problem that the warranty does not cover The complaint is unfair and without merit However we will assist this client in any way possible Thank You [redacted] General Sales Manager

The General Manager has been dealing with this client for several weeksWe have been in touch with him
I do not understand these commentsI have left him messages, just today to offer him a different car. I will keep calling him

contacted by John m*** on the 1-12-He told me he would check is inventor and get me a car Saturday 1-13-because he would not be in office on Friday, he told me he would call Saturday morning, so we can finish the deal .Saturday morning I did not get a call ,so I call him at 10-31Am to fine out what time to come to close the deal and pick up the car, he told me he was going to check is inventory agains and call me back so we can finish the deal, I still did not get a call from him,so I call back at4:14Pm again, Mr John m*** told me he did not fine a car for me, and he will call me next week .? What I would like to know if I did not call him twice, when would known, I think that was very disrespectful, the treatment is like I am begging you guy something.Just because * ** * *** *** *** ** why I am treated Disrespectful.I known if I was * *** *** All this Disrespectful treatment would never HappenedI think Mercedes Benz of Greenwich should put a sign *** ** *** *** *** WelcomeI am Done I have nothing else to say or do with this Company, I will buy my Mercedes Benz some where Else.Thank you for your time, it is not a good feeling to be treated like ***

Mr John m[redacted] call and offered me BMW, so I went to check it out, I test drive the car it's not bad,but it will take some time to get use to it. What I notice with the car the brake need to be check, the two front tire are no good, the windshield need to be replaced because of a crack, the engine need to be clean.I pointed out these things to the sales Rep Mr a w[redacted] ,he told me he will get it done and call me as soon as the car is finish. The client was traded out of the vehicle into a NEW [redacted] . He drove away this afternoon happy. This was resolved .
