A payment was made payable to our company it was accepted and deposited.  We apologize that you did not intend to make this payment but there is no grounds to refund the payments as it was through no fault of our company.

I have been through this before. Come to a mutual agreement company sent a cease order on garnishment and we worked out the entire balance.
