$22.94.Regarding "A refund of the mysterious charges pre and post cancellation"(Dataminer) A total of $29.85 will be refunded by MCPS in 2 to 3 business days.Regarding the $495 early termination fee: That was a contractually agreed to charge. Copies of said contract have already been provided.In conclusion unlike most of Revdex.com complaints- Those of a consumer nature, this is a business to business contractual agreement. We are held contractually responsible to fulfill our obligations under the agreement by our clients. We must insist they do the same. If all companies had the complainants same attitude, it would make it impossible to conduct business as a contract/agreement would have no binding effect on the two parties involved. No refund can be given as it would set a dangerous precedent.

Conditions) to your business address where all monthly statements were mailed, none of which were returned as undeliverable. On March 31,2014 you also received by mail a change in the Terms and Conditions notification that once again contained a full copy of the terms and conditions. Unfortunately due to the facts stated above we cannot in good conscience request a refund be issued.
