Cheated me out of key to my truck, When I bought the truck, they delivered it to me with only ONE key. I called my salesman and he said to me "Wait 6 weeks, it will show up" well 8 weeks later I stopped in to see what was going on, and they treated me like I was a martian or something. Then my salesman called me later and said "I never said there was a second key" So now I am on the hook for a key to my truck, And expensive key at that. Buyer beware!

After purchasing my vehicle in January of 2011 I immediately felt as though I was swindled. I purchased on the last day of the buy today and receive a free car starter promotion. When the deal was done I asked about the installation only to be informed "you got to good of a deal to receive the promotion" fast forward to September 2014, I encountered a great deal of engine issues repair costs in the thousands. I call knowing that I am under warranty. I reached a dead end after being told that the warranty explained to me was not actually what I paid for. I was offered $300 off repairs for my "inconvenience" only if they did repairs. This was not acceptable to me and the next offer was a vehicle at cost plus several hundred dollars. This was a great deal until I was informed that they would not accept my vehicle as a trade because "it was not worth anything". I explained that I was aware and I have no options other than to replace my vehicle given that they misrepresented my warranty and refused to assist in the repairs that were a proven factory flaw. I was misled and lied to repetitively throughout every contact I had at this dealership. They were however kind enough to call me a month after the vehicle was replaced to see if I still had my vehicle or if I had interests in purchasing another. I advise against a purchase here.
In Feb. my Mother purchased a car through Merchants, and when I told her I was looking she only recommended I go there was well. I was greeted at the door, and even with questionable credit (400's) Ryan S[redacted] hooked me up with a 2014 that I am in love with. It's my first car, and I left the lot with it same day with a giant smile on my face. I couldn't be happier.
