When next I need an auto transported you better believe I will call MERCURY and ask for CHARLIE S!!!!

I worked with Renato, and shipped through ZS transportation Great job all around, just remember that you can pay the deposit with Credit but have to pay cash or money order for driverAlso, be sure to plan on having some wiggle room with the price they quote youMine came in over but with negotiations I got it down to overGreat job and will use these guys again
We put a deposit on a truck to deliver our passenger electric vehicle from Texas to OregonThe truck arrived hours after we were told it would be thereWhen it finally arrived, our vehicle that we were trying to ship didn't have enough room on the truck to fitMercury Auto tried to blame it on us, saying that we did not give them any specifics on our vehicleWe gave them the make, and model number, which is all that they asked forThe gentlemen rudely explained to me that when you "google search" our vehicle's make and model number, a smaller model of our cart comes up and tried to put the blame on me, because he listed our vehicle as a "Small Golf Cart." Our vehicle is the same size as a small sedan The day after our cart wasn't shipped, [redacted] was suppose to be finding another truck to ship our cartHe then failed to return our phone calls until the following day after we had already found some one to ship our cart He is now refusing to refund our deposit even though their negligence lead to us not getting our cart out on time I have never dealt with such an incompetent, rude, and arrogant companyI will never do business with this company, and would NEVER recommend them to any one trying to ship a vehicle

Perfectly painless, every contact point was excellent, the carrier and Mercury the broker were professional, informative, and made the whole experience a simple non-event The price point was great and the pickup and delivery were super fast Got the car much faster than I had expected Jim Gwas awesome, straight-forward guy

I worked with *** to have my car shipped from MA to ORI am in OR and the car was with my mom in MA*** said no carrier would go to her town because it was out of the way and we made plans for her to bring the car closer to boston on a saturdaysounded good so I paid the depositthen I hear from the carrier that they were told the car would be available on friday and they could not wait an extra dayi insisted I was told saturdaythey called *** and then called me back to say that *** had lied to both of us and if I couldn't get the car to them that day I would have to find another carrierthey told me I had a "lazy broker" and recommended I find a different onein the end I had to pay them an extra $to go out of their way and pick up the car that day with only an hours notice to my momwhen I contacted *** about what happened his response was an email with simply the word "sorry"
My agent Karsten was greatHe kept me updated via email continuously and when necessary he reached out with phone callsI was always in the loop with what was going on
I had shipped my honda crv car from rhode island to michigan recently by mercury transportThe process was very simple and very good followups and timingsThey picked my car on time and delivered on timePrice also was very goodIt was wonderful experience on working with Jim from this companyKeep it up
I've used Mercury Auto Transport three times to ship cars from the Midwest to CaliforniaAll three times my vehicles have arrived on time and in perfect conditionMy satisfaction with Mercury has improved each time I've used the companyI think this is because of two reasonsFirst, moving cars can operate on a fast time table but other times nothing happens at allOnce I understood this the process became less anxiety causingSecond, Mercury has done an even better job communicating this situation to me (and I presume other customers) throughout the processIf anything I feel like the company is over-communicatingThat, to me, is not a problem at all
The other thing that is really helpful for any agency is to be very clear and specific about your needsIf your schedule is limited, be sure to say that up front and they'll do a great job accommodating
