I have received information from the Revdex.com in regards to concerns you have expressed on the sectional which was delivered on March 28,
At the time of purchase your sectional came with a one year warranty directly through Jerome’s. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects which are reported within the first year from the original delivery or pidate
After review of your account, two of our lead technicians inspected the frame of the sectional in your residence. The damages apparent on the frame were deemed to not be a structural defect but were caused from possible accidental damage which occurred in the residence
I can gladly recommend you to an outsourced technician service called Furniture Medic. They are a San Diego based company and their office can be reached at ###-###-####

Showroom on January 16, 2015. We apologize for any inconvenience which has occurred
Our lead technician inspected the sofa in your residence on January 25, 2015. The damages which occurred, please see the attached pictures, were caused during transport bases upon the extent of the damages
I do understand your frustration, however, we do not cover damages which occurred in the residence or during transport to your residence

In regards to this claim, the consumer contacted us directly back in November
The consumer was denied through *** who is the carrier of the extended warranty which the consumer purchased
As a good faith gesture, we provided the consumer $in gift certificates which were issued on
November 13, 2014. The gift certificates were half of the retail cost of which the consumer originally paid for the merchandise in November
The original warranty to report any manufacturing defects expired on November 25,
Unfortunately, we will be unable to comply with this consumers request for refund. We went above and beyond our warranty and provided the consumer $in gift certificates which can be used toward a future purchase with Jerome's

Jerome's rep caled me directlyI asked them the following:
"Are you stating that you cannot sell me the items for the price that was stated then?"
The reply was:
"Yes"
Therefore I am not happy with the resolutionI was bait and switched plain and simpleI was not made aware of the mistake right awayI told the salesman I needed to talk to my wife after hearing the first lower priceminutes later after talking to my wife and deciding to purchase the mattress, during the payment process, is when the surprise 800$ higher price was sprung on usTHe business making it sound like they quickly corrected the mistake is misleadingMy wife and I were mislead and allowed to make a purchasing decision based on what we were told, and had our heart set on the purchase based on this
I will NEVER shop at Jerome's again and have spent THOUSANDS there previously

This particular mattress you purchased is eco-friendly and uses the latest technology to produce their materials.

They did offer me a new couch but I am very unhappy with what they WANTED me to pick.  I originally had a blue 3 reclining sofa.  I decorated my whole house around the couch.  Jeromes didnt have any blue couches and I was forced to get a tan couch against my wishes.  The couch looks like a sore thumb.  I wanted my money back so I could purchase a blue couch somewhere else. They said that wasnt there policy.  I now have to look at a couch that I do not like everyday.  My other option was to keep the broken couch I had.  Their customer service is awful.
