Back in the mid 80's I bought my first Citizen dive watch
The watch was my pride and joyAfter many years it started to slow downit needed a new battery so I thoughtI took it to a local watch repair shop back then it seems the shops were not up todate on citizens rules, but the shop did open the watch and showed me the had a defect
Here is an example of Hurley Roberts serviceI sent the watch to them for a new battery! I didn't tell them I had a shop open the watchI did not tell them anything other then I needed a new battery
What did they do?? All on there own they sent me a whole new watch not my defected watch but the same exact watch but "new" all for the original price of a new battery and sealbeat that
